The property was what it was listed as ! Nice quiet neighborhood! The host was responsive when we found a broken coffee maker and within an hour we had a brand new one!! We would definitely stay there again!!

This house is done very well. We really enjoyed spending two nights and 3 days in Fredericksburg. We brought our e-bikes and biked into town each day. The movie room and hot tub are nice features that we used the last evening. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked great for quick meals but I really wish the house had an ice maker. Other than that, great experience!

The house was decorated beautifully and very clean!! We loved that it allowed us to take our two small dogs. The lawn was beautiful and very well kept. The movie room was so cute and allowed for my husband to watch all the sports he wanted while my mom and I could watch what we wanted in the living area. The hot tub was awesome!

Our stay was amazing! We arrived to a nice complimentary bottle of wine and Valentine's treats (which we did not ask for or order special). The theatre room was full of movie theatre snacks and candy. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. The hot tub worked great. Customer service and communication were top notch. Overall, I could not imagine having a better VRBO experience.

The house was nicely decorated, comfortable, and cleaner than most places we've stayed. The location was great - very easy to manage all the places we wanted to check out. An added bonus - the neighborhood was quiet and is a wonderful area for walking!

Quick Getaway in Fredericksburg

Had a short 3 night stay in Fredericksburg. The Silver lining was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hostess thought of everything. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and movie room with provided candy and popcorn. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in a quiet street near Main St. Very clean, homey, and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. (A minor maintenance note to owner: toilet tank keeps running water. May need to adjust floater arm or replace flap.)

Good

I have several slow cost suggestions for improvement but will only mention two. One is to put awning of some kind iver the side door. It was raining one evening when we came back and we had to stand in the rain to unlock the door. It was not bad but is would seem easy to install a small awning. The second is to have some way to view local TV channels for news, weather etc. Finally, we never used the “media” room. Perhaps some guests do but it seems like wasted space to us. Better used as a second bathroom and a closet in our opinion. Overall it was nice, clean and ok. Could be better with a few small, not costly, improvements.
