Private Pool, Open concept kitchen, with multiple large refrigerators, large dining area, along with patio seating off the back deck. 11 master bedrooms, two half baths, plus a bunk room that sleeps 12! Arcade games, board games, pool table, foosball, PS5 gaming console and large flat screen TV's provide lots of entertainment for all ages.

Our 12 bedroom home includes 11 king master bedrooms, a bunk room, queen pull out sofa and 4 sleeper chairs for additional sleeping for kids. The Bunkroom includes 2 queen bunk beds and 2 twin bunk beds- Sleeps 12! All king master bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's, dressers, hangers, extra pillows/blankets, and private bathroom. Each bedroom has a tub/shower combo with the exception of the 2nd bedroom on the main floor with a walk in shower and handheld shower head for ease of use.

There is one step going up from the driveway to the main level of the house, which has four master bedrooms & no stairs. However, there are stairs going to the upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms.

The main floor has an open kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and patio seating off the back deck. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking together easy and fun! The custom dining table has plenty of seating for a big group and two separate family rooms. The upstairs game room is complete with a pool table, air hockey, multiple game arcade, foosball and TV for your enjoyment. Downstairs has 4 king master bedrooms, gaming console, extra seating, a sectional around a large flat screen TV, fridge, laundry and patio door to back deck and spa. There are two motion activated cameras on the back of the house monitoring the backyards for the safety of the property, the private pool and when the house is unoccupied. My family had an amazing time and wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities. The game was a big hit as was the built in pool!! For the pool there was plenty of pool so no need to bring anything any pool supplies.

The house was amazing! Perfect for our group of 26 for our family gathering. The pool was heavily used as temps were over 100. Host communication was great. The huge kitchen was ideal.

This is a great spot to stay in for a large group. The pool wasn't heated as advertised but other than that it was great!

We loved this property. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. We had a group with an age range of 80 to 8 and it was perfect for everyone.

Loved the dual fridges, washers/dryers, plenty of space for our large family. Best part was the pool, we have two 4 year olds, they couldn’t wait to get in and we couldn’t get them out. King size beds in every room except in the bunk room. We were thinking of trying a new place but the whole family agreed, we wouldn’t find another one that had everything we needed and wanted. We will be back soon.

Excellent Place for Large Families

Very well maintained, clean well furnished and plenty of dishes and kitchenware. Close to shows but in a nice neighborhood. Great place to stay.

The property was a great venue for our group. It was spacious and we enjoyed the swimming pool and other amenities such as the game room. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space.

Great Home for Large Group

Pictures do not do this property justice! There was so much room for everyone. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there is a lot for kids to do, and the pool area is amazing!

Great Place for Large Family

We had a wonderful time with extended family of 27. There was plenty of space for all and loved the downstairs area foe viewing movies and college basketball. Enjoyed being able to all eat together. The kitchen space and appliances were amazing for preparing big meals

My name is Melissa, I am one of the property managers and owners of this beautiful Branson home.

We had our first family vacation in Branson in 2012 and we absolutely fell in love with the area. Since then we have been back to Branson multiple times with friends and family. We understand the importance of larger vacation homes for group gatherings and decided to build a few of our own to share with you.

We love coming to Branson for a multitude of reasons: shopping, hiking, dining out, taking in shows, Table Rock Lake, and going to Silver Dollar City (this is the kids' favorite part).

Throughout travels and our own gatherings, we have realized that we want to provide those same things that are most important to us when renting a space. We are so excited to share our home with you while you make precious memories. We take pride in making sure our guests have everything they need. We hope you enjoy your stay at our beloved home.
