The place is really nice. It is located close to the beach maybe a 3min walk. It is also located close to the Big Store, donut place, and ice machine. Was really clean and we had an awesome time.

Perfect for our girls weekend. Very clean and had everything we needed for a fabulous weekend.

Will absolutely be staying here again hopefully very soon.

Charming and close to the beach

Great location in the heart of Crystal Beach. Charming property with just the right amount of amenities, simple and the best part just a few minutes walk to the beach.

Quick weekend getaway

Great spot, great decor, hop and a skip from the beach. Will definitely rent again. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The home was beautiful and very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and had less than a minute drive down to the beach. The home was clean and the kitchen was stocked. They even brought us a brand new grill to use. There was plenty of beach chairs and things to use for a great beach day. The ladies in the office were so helpful and kind. I will definitely be booking with them again and again.

My little family loved this little beach house. It was perfect for us! I will say the bed in the master room wasn’t very comfy but all in all it was a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If I had an aunt who was a little quirky and lived near the beach, this would be her house! It was homey, close to the beach, close to shops and the grocery store. It was very pleasant.

Very cute house. Easy beach access. Close to amenities. It was a bit outdated but cozy and clean. Happy with our stay and communication from hosts.

Quiet neighborhood extra clean house!!!!! Stayed on a trip to lake Charles and had no problems. Planning trip back around Christmas

Beach get away

Great property. Bed was uncomfortable. But we stayed on the beach most of the time. Lots of space if you have lots of kids. Bunk bed, trundle bed and 3 couches.

Great stay for our family of 7!

We had a great stay! Would definitely rent this beach house again. It slept all 7 of us comfortably. Very close access to the beach; we walked and drove down to the beach. The view is great and quiet area. Golf cart rental accross the street if needed. No washer/dryer but they are in the process of adding that. Full kitchen and we loved that there's a Keurig and bbq pit! The kids (all 5) really liked this beach house. Rental was easy! Great experience. Thank you and God bless!

Fun relaxing vacation

The location of property itself was perfect for us not far from beach had pretty much everything you'd need expect as stated no linens meaning sheets & towels which I usually like to use my own pillow & blankets. I use to work in housekeeping so of course to what I consider to be clean this house needed a little extra cleaning but again I pay attention to detail and still wired to look for the hotspots lol also we did have an issue arise during our stay and was resolved within 10 mins!!! literally not even 5 mins after letting office know maintenance was at the property to fix issue. Overall great stay and would definitely rent this property again for location and price.

I really liked the location—it was just a 2-minute walk from the beach, which was amazing. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower, which was a nice touch. That said, the cleanliness of the house was a major issue. There was dust everywhere—on the headboards, blinds, and other surfaces—which made my allergies flare up after just one night. There were also ants in the kitchen. To top it off, we found an old, dirty toothbrush under the bed—definitely not the kind of “complimentary” item anyone wants to find. When we arrived, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but the hosts had excellent communication and sent someone out the next day to replace the router, which we really appreciated. Overall, the location and the host’s responsiveness were great, but the lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable.

This is our second stay at this house and it’s perfect for our small family. We didn’t upgrade to the linen package but they still provided several pillows which was a nice surprise. It’s clean and affordable and walking distance from the beach. So what more could you ask for? I wasn’t sure if basic cleaning supplies was provided but I took the chance. Sadly they were out of dish soap which was an inconvenience. We left some there but throwing some 409 and dish soap and other cleaning stuff to bring with you would be a good idea. The downstairs outdoor shower is really great getting the sand off the kids after the beach. I plan on staying at this location as long as it’s available. Really cannot beat this weekend price and location.

Run Down!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Crystal Beach several times a year. This was not a cheap rental. However it was very run down. It needs to be painted. The bed was awful. We slept on the couch. The restroom was very out dated. It said it had a grill. The grill was a $25 grill from Walmart that was filthy and rusted out. Just not the experience I was expecting when I get sometime away from home. I will say the people at Swedes were super nice!!!
