Backing onto Plum Creek, the home provides a peaceful retreat with the ultimate blend of comfort and adventure. Whether you visit for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or one of Ellicottville’s year-round festivals, this all-season destination offers something for everyone—plus great shopping, dining, nightlife, and golf nearby. Located just ¼ mile from HoliMont Ski Club and less than a mile from the village center, perfectly positioned for easy access to both HoliMont and Holiday Valley Resorts. Enjoy a quiet, scenic setting among other ski chalets at the base of HoliMont, with safe sidewalk access leading directly into the village. Guests have full use of all amenities, including a private hot tub, fire pit, two-story deck, and backyard area. Off-street paved parking is available, and the village is easily reached by foot, bike, car, or Uber/Lyft. We had 4 couples and it suited all of us well.Owner was very communicative which reduced any anxieties. It is a duplex but 2nd unit was not occupied so had no interference. My friends like pampering themselves and have particular tastes and expectations and they all loved it. We would rent again whenever we have the opportunity to visit the great town of Ellicottville.

Fall fest weekend

I stayed with some friends during fall fest weekend. The place was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures displayed. The hosts were accommodating and the house was perfect!

Birthday weekend

Four friends for a birthday weekend in Ellicotville! Beautiful unit, had everything we needed, hot tub was relaxing while enjoying Mountain View, we loved everything about the place, highly recommend this host!

Relaxation in Ellicottville!

We stayed here after the New Year to do some turns at Holiday Valley. What an amazing home to stay and relax in! The house is perfect, comfy, and cozy. The hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes and the stream in the back just added to the atmosphere! It’s the perfect rental for any season in Ellicottville.

Fantastic property

This property was excellent! Great scenery in the back yard and a very nice deck with a patio. Has all of the amenities you could need. Bigger place than expected. Perfect for fall fest wasn’t too bad of a walk to town only about 20 mins

Excellent house in ideal location

Our group had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Enjoyed the Bike Park at Holimont, quick access to downtown, and a round of golf over at Holiday Valley. House was clean, comfortable and provided plenty of space to relax. Everything was well stocked and the outdoor space was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

EVL Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful location. The property was so nicely appointed and the hot tub was on point! The other side was empty so we had the yard and deck to ourselves. We would definitely stay again! Thank you to our hosts!
