Great property, well stocked kitchen for those that like to cook, and so close to the pool (I think I counted 30 steps). Great communication with the host, we would rent again.

We had a great stay at this Las Mananitas condo. Right in front of the pool and ground floor which was so convenient. Beautiful property and beautiful views. Large condo, perfect for families. We needed a very late checkout which they accommodated for us. Would stay here again.

Amazing....coming back!

Loved the location and all of the amenities in the condo. The beds were comfortable the location was very clean. Being right next to the pool and hot tub was amazing. Can't wait to come back

This condo at Las Mananitas is exceptional. It looks recently renovated and updated, spotlessly clean, and includes a kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including spices. Sitting on the comfortable outdoor patio, the view (and sound!) of the ocean is amazing. Theresa (host) was kind and gracious, and easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future. Just fabulous.

The location on the ground floor with easy access to the pool was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.We loved the 3 zone A/C.The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.Theresa was easy to communicate with and very responsive.Thanks for the awesome stay on your lovely place!

Theresa was a kind and thoughtful host. Every detail in the condo is attended to and treated like you are a houseguest of hers as opposed to renting a place. The place is immaculate and the location right on the beach is what keeps us coming back to Las Mananitas!

Wonderful stay & excellent location!

Theresa is an excellent host! She's communicative and very responsive, when I had questions both before and during our stay. The condo is very well stocked with all that we needed to cook & live for the duration of our stay. The convenience to the pool and also to local stores & cuisine is excellent. The extras like yoga mats, pool exercise equipment etc. was much appreciated.We would certainly stay here again! Thank you!

Cabo

Overall it was a really nice place to stay. The property manager was difficult to touch base with although they were on vacation. We had no hot water in the guest shower, no working hair dryer, and the ice maker did not work great. Overall though, we enjoyed the location of the condo to amenities and the pool. Relaxing and nice!

Emily, Thank you for your review. We are sorry you had issues with the guest bathroom hot water. As we explained, “hot” water is denoted as “C” for caliente in Spanish. Once this was explained, you stated the guest bathroom DID have hot water and no other issues were reported. You did not inform of us any issues with the hairdryer. We have 1 for each bathroom and both are brand new. Our property manager has ensured us both hairdryers are working properly. We were also not made aware by you of any issues with the ice maker. Our property manager checked and has ensured us that it is working properly. The metal arm should be pushed down to make ice. We are glad you had a nice stay in our little slice of paradise!

Great unit. Very well equipped kitchen with all the basics you need. Pool is always nice and quiet with easy beach access.Rated 4 stars only bc of the amount of dust around the property and back porch due to the road construction being done nearby. The property cleaners did their best to dust off the pool chairs every morning around the pool but unfortunately the amount of road traffic creates a bit of a dust bowl during the daytime . Once this is complete it will be back to its normal 5 star environment! Therefore, we will be back likely next year when it’s complete. Communication with Theresa was very easy. When we had a dryer issue it was fixed within 24 hours. No complaints at all about the unit or host.
