Exceeded Expectations - Family Getaway Upgrade
This was our first time spending a Christmas away from home. Check in was a breeze and we got settled quickly and easily. Andy communicated the process perfectly, and quickly responded to a question upon arrival. Parking has no incline and is attached, making it easy to load and unload, and safer in the frosty weather. There was adequate room for both F150 and RAV4.
The cabin felt comfortable immediately. There was even a Christmas tree setup for us! Everything was labeled and easy to find. Thermostat is new and works with Alexas strategically placed throughout the house. Dog bowls were thoughtfully left on a mat in the kitchen.
The cabin is clean and accurate to listing. Beds were comfortable, with high quality sheets. The powder room on main living level was a great perk, since we spent most of our time upstairs. Downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and stocked with fresh towels. One shower is tiny, but usable. The main bathroom is more than adequate in size and has a tub/shower combination. Private balcony off main bedroom is a nice touch.
We weren’t able to use the fire pit due to the wet weather, but the fireplace inside was cozy. I packed our stockings to hang. It was perfect!
Though the property isn’t new, or particularly fancy, it was clean and comfortable. It seems as though property is getting quietly renovated with thoughtful upgrades, while still maintaining the charm of a traditional cabin.
I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday for our family.
