Welcome to our new place completely remodeled located by Starved Rock State Park. If you are looking for a cozy, romantic home to spend your vacation , holiday: (Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter in our beautiful decorated house ) we are here for you . We are located 2 min from Starved Rock State Park , Grizzly Bear Resort and River . Near Parks : Matthiessen State Park , Buffalo Rock State Park , Pirate’s Key Indoor water park (20 min drive ) . Our villa is an oasis of relaxation and activities. Located 90 min from Chicago. You can spend your time in our jacuzzi ,play games , reading books , watching Netflix , stop by the small city nearby. You can also welcome your friends in the community gazebo with live music and picnic tables .

Provided: paper towel, toilet paper, hair dryer, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, coffee, tea , washing and drying machine.

Our 1800 square feet Villa accommodate a maximum of 8 people witchout extra charge .The resort has designated barbecue areas, barbecuing , fireworks, bonfire near the houses is prohibited.
Villa is privately owned !!! We are not connected to the hotel . For all outside activities pool , golf itc tickets must be purchased separately. The house has a ring doorbell camera installed on the front door.

One of the best rentals you will encounter!

Aneta’s property is truly lovely and the decor is amazing! The seasonal decorations were not only adorable but such a surprise. The condo is larger than it appears in photos and we loved the open concept. Aneta supplies everything you would need for your stay. The linens are high quality and plentiful. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and there are cozy blankets everywhere. The only negative was that we had to leave. We will definitely book this property again when we visit Starved Rock. Thank you, Aneta, for sharing your condo!

Wonderful Stay

Aneta's place is very inviting and comfortable. It has so many thoughtful touches. We had everything we needed. It is in a quiet location and a great place to relax. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We would definitely book again.

Great weekend getaway!

This is our second time staying at the property and should be no reason that we won’t book for a third year moving forward. We absolutely love the property and its close proximity to Starved Rock State Park and the town of Utica.

Great weekend away

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was extremely clean and well taken care of. We used the kitchen and everything was stocked and in good condition. The villa was still decorated for Christmas, which was nice for the lit trees. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and indoor games. It was super cold out this weekend, so we spent more time at the villa than expected since we could do our planned hikes. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect amount of space, great location and very clean

This place is spacious! There were 4 of us but could easily fit more people if needed. Location was great very close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, love the two fireplaces. Super super clean. We will definitely be back!

Spacious Yet Cozy Cabin

Lovely and spacious cabin located within a short distance to all the local attractions. Well appointed and clean, this is a terrific spot for families. We look forward to staying here again on our next Starved Rock getaway!

Beautiful Villa Unit

I was solo on this stay, but will definitely bring my family back for a stay. There is plenty of space for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped. I like the breakfast bar for 3 and table with seating for 6, too. One bathroom has walk-in shower. Gas fiireplaces on both floors. King bed, chaise lounge, & whirlpool bath in master bedroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds. Both have TV. Overall it was a wonderful place to reflect, enjoy, nature, and relax. The host was wonderful!

Family friendly

This was the perfect location for our stay as we were attending a wedding at starved rock. It was nicely updated and looked just like the photos! We hope to return in warmer months and check out the lodge’s amenities next door! Highly recommend.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time together. The abundance of games was a fantastic bonus. Our host was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions within minutes, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and well equipped

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding, and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, and were piled high with soft blankets and fluffy pillows. My kids enjoyed playing all the various games at the house including the putting game, mini shuffleboard, big jenga, and so many more. Our time here flew by! The house was also immaculately clean. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Clean and Cozy

This simply adorable villa met all our needs. Location: We were in town for a wedding at the Starved Rock State Park which was literally less than a five minute drive away. We went back and forth multiple times throughout our stay. The villa exudes comfort with its many luxurious and fine touches. Anita was prompt with her communications and her directions on how to weave our way back in to the villa were spot on. We highly recommend this villa.

One of the best places we have ever stayed!

Property was exactly how it was described. It was spotless and had everything we needed & more for a perfect stay. Absolutely loved walking in and seeing the home tastefully decorated for fall. It felt like home! Now that we have stayed here we will never stay anywhere else when visiting the starved rock area. Thank you Anetka for sharing this wonderful home with us!
