This bungalow features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious open living and dining area, electric fireplace to warm up to, and Roku Smart TVs throughout the house.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the serenity of Uptown Hot Springs as this bungalow is immersed between trees and wooded area. Plenty of refreshing natural beauty here in the Natural State. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the front porch to take it all in.

KITCHEN
You will not find a better equipped and stocked kitchen in Hot Springs! Fully-equipped kitchen with all of the necessary essentials to make those away-from-home home cooked meals. Furnishings include: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots and baking sheets, cooking utensils, crock pot, electric skillet, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons along with cookbooks in the back master on the bookshelf.

Girls trip

This home was so charming! Everything was clean and organized and decorated so cute. Perfect spot for a quick weekend trip or extended stay. Close to downtown but still a quiet area! We had a wonderful stay!

Sweet Stay

The property looked just like the pictures. The only downside was the wifi not being available. We didn’t really need the tv or wifi much but we’re unable to get that squared away during the stay. There were nice touches. Everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Great stay

This was a great little house to stay in while in Hot Springs. The kids got to enjoy their own little room with trundle beds, and each couple got their own king size bed. It was clean. Instructions were simple. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Overall, it was great, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Cute & comfy!

This little home was perfect for my parents and I during our short stay in Hot Springs. The house has all necessities and beds were comfortable. I left my down vest on accident when we checked out and contacted the owner to see if it could be mailed to me. Their response was quick and I received my vest that same week. Very impressed! Cute cottage home tucked away in Hot Springs!

A lovely weekend

Our group of three had a lovely weekend working on individual projects and soaking up the beauty of the Hot Springs area. The Uptown Bungalow was comfy and cozy.

Lovely, Quiet and Secluded

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway. He hadn't been to Hot Springs and I knew the gangster history, good restaurants, geography, and hiking would be a lot of fun for us. I've been before, and stayed in town. Fun, but loud with the bikers on the street all night. This little house is a short drive into town and a cozy, quiet little place for a getaway. The place is very clean, Beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and could accommodate cooking a full meal for a group of 6. And the little bits of remodel history framed in the hallway are very cool! I highly recommend.

It was clean, but felt old and run down in a way. Couches worn out and uncomfortable. It was a clean place to sleep. That was about it.

Snow bungalow

The house was very clean and well stocked!! I had a great time during the snowy weather and had door dash service as it was 16 degrees 💙 would definitely recommend and return.

Cute place overall

Overall, this was a really cute home. It was close to the convention center which is what we needed. The living room didn’t have blinds or curtains on one wall which was a bit odd to me as well as the kitchen. While they overlooked trees and didn’t have neighbors, I’m still a fan of a little more privacy. The guest bathroom has a really nice deep tub and the water temp was nice and hot. The main bedroom tv could use replaced, but we weren’t really there to watch tv (only before bed). Great communication with the house manager and quick response. Overall, we would stay again.

Great!

The property was exactly as listed. The neighborhood was not the most upscale, but it was quiet and we felt safe. Everything was extremely clean. We loved being close to all of the attractions and Central Ave. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Hot Springs.

We were in Hot Springs for a short stay! The Uptown Bungalow was perfect for us. Everything we needed, comfy beds and really nice bathrooms! Nice, quiet area. We highly recommend!

Perfect!

Check in/check out was a breeze! My group loved being that close to downtown but also being tucked away and in a private location. It was great to gather and sit out on the front porch after a day of exploring and catch up with the family. We definitely would stay again!

Long weekend

Cute house, very clean with with up to date furniture and appliances. Area appeared less that desirable but had absolutely no problems or issues while there. Easy access to downtown.

Location was perfect for downtown activities, and tucked away far enough there was no noise from the hustle of downtown. For an older house, it is updated inside with everything needed to enjoy your stay. We would definately stay there again.

Exceeded expectations

The bungalow is charming and was perfect for our trip. We used it as a base to explore the Hot Springs area as well as spending one day in Little Rock. It was comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood is a mixed bag and while it is close to everything which was fantastic, it didn't inspire us to walk as we had imagined we would. Nonetheless, the bungalow itself was great.
