We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked with odds and ends things, and the history behind it was very interesting. The location was perfect to downtown and in a safe neighborhood.

Overall, the house was clean. But, there was some very dirty cookware left in a cupboard, probably from a previous guest! The air conditioning was great and the beds very comfortable. This would be a great stay for a family with kids, but there was only two of us and we loved it!

Great host. Great stay. Just up the hill from the main drag. Easy access to bathhouse row and the park's hiking trails. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Quiet area.

Hot springs

House was well kept clean and family friendly. The upstairs bedroom was very warm in the evenings however the provided fan helped tremendously.

Perfect house for our needs

Visited Hot Springs for the USAG gymnastics Regionals Division 3 competition for our daughter. The location was perfect as we needed quick access to the Hot Springs Convention Center. We were so close to the downtown area that we could have walked. The house was adorable and the perfect amount of space for our group. The owner Brenda was great and available anytime we had a question. We would for sure stay there again!

This cute house was well-appointed and the beds were super comfy! The manager got back to me quickly when I couldn’t figure out the remote to turn the heat on (user error!). The kitchen had pans for cooking and a blender for drinks. There were games and books, and I loved the electric fireplace. Plenty of hot water. The linens were good quality as well. I would definitely stay again!

Our family of six really enjoyed our visit to Hot Springs, Arkansas, and this property was a great home base for exploring the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family to relax after a day of adventures. The AC units made sure we stayed cool and comfortable even with 90 degree weather and all sorts of humidity. We appreciated the convenient location and enjoyed being close to all that Hot Springs has to offer. Communication was easy, and everything was just as described. We would happily stay here again on a future trip and recommend it to other families visiting the area.
