"Surf Side Shores presents a low-density condominium with 200 feet of exclusive white sandy beach, offering two spacious beachside heated pools, including two kiddie pools. This quiet, family-friendly complex provides on-site parking and top-notch security for your peace of mind.
Guests can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and indulge in activities such as parasailing and jet-skis. The poolside area offers plenty of comfortable seating with chairs and chaise lounges, along with convenient facilities like restrooms and vending machines. A landscaped area with a BBQ zone and open grassy spaces cater to various activities such as Frisbee, flag football, and children's play. Conveniently situated one mile from the intersection of AL Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd, this location provides easy access to major shops, restaurants, and attractions like The Hangout and The Pink Pony.
This immaculate and spacious corner condo on the 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms, each with its full bathroom. The tiled balcony features a balcony height table and four chairs with additional seating available. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, while the master bedroom boasts a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with French doors opening onto the beachfront balcony, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds.
Reservations for the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st must meet a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
This property is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.
Additional Information:
Parking Passes are necessary and can be obtained upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. A maximum of 2 parking passes is available per reservation for up to 2 cars. While linens are provided, guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property and present a photo ID upon check-in. Smoking is prohibited, and no pets are allowed.
Feel free to inquire about monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February, offering excellent options for extended stays."
