It was a clean and fun house! We enjoyed are stay and would recommend it to others! The kids loved the games and the pool! It was easy to get to places!

Wonderful property

Our family of 6 stayed for a week. There was enough space for all of us. Clean, private property with lots of amenities. Close to all beaches. Would stay again!

Best Stay Ever

Check in was very easy and property was extremely clean. Home was furnished and decorated beautifully and yard was perfect for hours of entertainment. Heated pool was a blessing for the kids and was great for us before we headed home to a winter storm. Communication with property owner was professional and pleasant. We will recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Tampa area and will stay again if we go back.

Family Fun

Perfect accomodations to host our son, daughter-in-law and 2 granddaughters (10 and 7). Tropical decor, very comfortable furnishings. Every thing we needed in the kitchen, around the pool and even going to the beach was provided. Morgan is an excellent host. Her responses to my inquiries were immediate. Our family had a fantastic time and appreciate all the effort and thoughtfulness that created such wonderful memories for us.

Pet friendly and great communication! Pool timer was wrong, pool didn’t turn on until around noon or a bit after! temp outside was chilly and didn’t help with the pool heating! Decent place I wouldn’t give it 5stars! When I’m looking for a place to stay and it is rated 5 stars I don’t expect dirty windows, doors, counter tops!

Our stay

Pool was not heated. Heater not running upon arrival, and seemed to not be running for a couple days. Pool temp was 74 when we arrived, advertised for 85. Pool temp never exceeded 78 during our stay. We werent able to enjoy the pool.

Future guest: heater is working just fine. Hey Dave- we granted an early check in when you noticed the pool heat to be lower than your desirable temp. We immediately had our technician come out. He rectified the issue as the pool needed a new filter. Filter was replaced and pool heated back up to 85. You never mentioned it not heating to us after the fact of him coming. Next time please alert your host before leaving a negative review as we will always try to rectify issues immediately.

Conduct on the premises and compliance with City of Melbourne Ordinances:

1. All furniture must be kept in the house, except the outside patio/porch furniture.

2. Guest(s) shall refrain from creating any noise or sound in the house, disturbing the neighbors. (Noise ordinances are enforced in Melbourne) Quiet Hours- 9pm-8am.

3. Guest(s) shall refrain from playing any musical instrument, radio, music system, entertainment system, or TV at a volume, which causes disturbance to the neighbors. (Noise ordinances are enforced in Largo)

4. Guest(s) shall refrain and ensure their guests and invitees refrain from any conduct which a reasonable person would deem likely to annoy or disturb the neighbors while on the premises.

5. The parking space for the house is in the house's driveway only. There are enough parking spaces for up to 4 vehicles.

6. The pool is not gated; keep the back doors to the pool closed at all times. If you choose to bring children, please do not ever leave them unattended. Again, the pool is NOT gated. No wet swimsuits or towels on indoor furniture will cause stains.

Guests must abide by all laws and ordinances of the state of Florida, Pinellas County, and the city of Largo. You are staying at this property and using the facilities at YOUR OWN RISK.

7. All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older unless they are a child under the age of 18 AND accompanied by their parents.
