The stay was incredibly enjoyable, we had a great time. We got great use out of the pool table and pool. And whenever we needed anything the homeowner was easily contactable.

This property was an excellent choice for my family. We were in town for just a couple of days to see Spring Training baseball. We wanted a location not too far from the airport, and were looking for a pool. The pool area was fantastic. My kids swam, we sat at the patio table and enjoyed the view of the lake. Very relaxing, and tons of birds. Loved the pool table /game room right off the pool deck. Storms came through, we were able to move inside and have some quality family time, while watching the rain over the lake. Host communicated well, all in all a great quick stay for our family.

We stayed here for 8 days and overall were very disappointed for the amount of money we paid. While the kitchen and bathrooms appeared clean at first glance, the rest of the home was not well maintained.The bedrooms were dirty, and we even found dirty underwear under a nightstand. The cups, plates, and dishes in the cabinets were dirty as well. There were no extra blankets or pillows provided, and we had to buy our own paper towels because none were available. The home also had a strong musty smell, to the point we purchased air fresheners ourselves.Several parts of the home were in poor condition. Kitchen utensils and toilet paper holders were broken, the flooring was peeling and caused a cut on my foot, and the HVAC units had visible mold with extremely dirty filters.Communication was also frustrating. We never received check-in instructions beforehand and had to call multiple times after landing because we could not access the home. We also had the pool maintenance person show up unexpectedly without any notice during our stay.For the price paid, we expected a cleaner, safer, and better maintained property. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations, and we will not be returning.

The pictures were deceiving. We were disappointed when we showed up. This place needs some TLC! The floor tile is cracking. The baseboards were dusty and also discolored. The walls had scuffs everywhere and they were dirty in the kitchen. The kitchen equipment was sparse. What pots and pans were available were very old- handles were broken off, the non stick was peeled off. It was difficult to make a meal. The dishes were not very clean. The dishwasher did not work very well. The floor was not clean. We could feel crumbs and particles on the floor. The outside pool area had ants crawling on the ground because there was food left behind. There were also dead plants in pots and old leaves that needed to be swept. There was a broken chair left out in the pool area. The door to leave the pool area out to the lake was very broken. The piece hanging on the bottom was a hazard. The handle was broken and was tricky to get back in. Only one of the showers had hot water and it ran out VERY quickly. To top this all off, someone showed up at the property TWICE without any warning! Very unprofessional.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. The home is in very poor condition and feels run down. There were loose and broken tiles, mold in the bathrooms, bugs and roaches throughout the property, and the home smelled like cigarette smoke.Some of the main safety issues, including no electricity in one bedroom and a sliding door that did not lock, were eventually fixed by the host, but the overall condition of the home was still unacceptable.We remained at the property only because we had no other option. Based on our experience, this property was not worth the amount we paid, and I would not recommend staying here.
