Newly renovated private villa with pool 2 min from beach
Tres Hermanos is a newly renovated private villa, 2 minutes away from having sandy feet on your way to the waves on the main surf breaks at Playa Guiones. It has 4 bedrooms, each with its private bathroom and closet, and an extra studio apartment with its bathroom and kitchen; comfortably sleeping 10 people. Enjoy a tropical and quiet setting, while being a short walk to all the attractions in town.
Located in the prestigious K Section in Playa Guiones, one of the best locations in town, a few steps can take you to the beach or up the hill into the mountain. Enjoy being as close as you can to the beach, but with the town right around the corner where tacos, sushi, fresh fruit, coffee, and coconut water are just a few of the things that you can find.
The renovation of this house was finished in November 2020, the idea behind the renovation was to create a place where you can relax and enjoy the slow pace of this beautiful corner of the world while being a few steps away from great waves on one of the most constant beach breaks in the country.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor all of them with ensuite bathrooms and closet space. One has a queen-size bed, another a double bed and the third one has two twin beds that can be turned into a double. The master is on the second floor and it has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony that looks over the pool and the gardens. The Studio shares similar features, but it has its entrance as a kitchenette.
The living and dining areas are integrated into the very spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with top-quality appliances (electric kitchen, dishwasher, water filter, etc. This common area opens to a large, covered patio that features a dining area integrating both common spaces. Next to it, you will find the pool surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. You can make your way through the gardens to the detached covered bar with a barbeque grill or find a hammock for an afternoon siesta.
On the first floor, there is a game room with a flat-screen TV and a home theater for entertainment. It has a bar area and its bathroom, plus the sliding doors opening to the outdoor living area and swimming pool.

While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.
Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
