The location and view was awesome. Convenient having 2 bathrooms and 2 decks. Would definitely recommend and return.

We had the 1 br 1 &1/2 bath. Very clean! Second floor so ocean view was beautiful. Pool was very clean. Sliding glass doors on ocean side need replacing ASAP. Rusty and extremely hard to open. There was not a welcome book which I found unusual. Exit instructions were to take out trash but no garbage cans found on property. Asked other renters, same problem. Public access was straight across the street. Instructions for tv’s would be helpful.

Thanks for staying. VRBO use digital welcome guides. That's pretty much the standard over the last decade. Your digital Welcome Guide was provided to you 3 days before arrival in your vrbo app. This information is also in the listing as well as your very first message after reserving. We want all of our travelers to be well informed. I believe the Welcome Guide has about 30 photos in it with topics and descriptions, including where the complex trash cans are located. Our contact number is listed in 4/5 place including in multiple messages after reservibg. We want to be available to our guests if needed. Thank you for the feedback about the door, a message can be more proactive than a review that doesn't drop for 2 weeks after you vacate.

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience staying here! Very clean and the access to the beach was great, especially for the affordable cost! The pool was a huge plus for my 7 year old! And the 2nd toilet was a bonus!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stay at the Seascapes every year because the condos are the perfect size for me and my hubby. The properties are super clean and we made ourselves right at home. We had an excellent view of the ocean from the bedroom balcony. I contacted the property manager a couple of times during the stay and he was super responsive and friendly.

Great Location

The place was clean and perfect for me to stay for a work trip. It would be good for a couple to stay. It can get a little loud, but nothing that bothered me! I would stay again.

The condo was conveniently located, very relaxed setting. The dryer didn’t work, which was a littleinconvenient, but we had a clothesline on the porch to hang clothes. Would recommend to family and friends.

I rented this property for my daughter as a wedding gift. They had a wonderful week. Just a few issues with the house but the property was nice
