Beautiful open kitchen area, great for entertaining or a couple of families to share! Large Master bedroom with on suite lots of privacy. Instantly when walking through the front door you feel the vacation start! The Lanai area with an amazing pool & Jacuzzi are absolutely breathtaking. The location is close to shopping, and grocery stores just a five minute drive.
Linens, towels, dishes, bowls and utensils are supplied .along with many extras in the kitchen. Kayaks, bikes, pool items, beach buckets, and more..

Little getaway

We wanted to get out of the cold for a few day and decided to go to Cape Coral and we found this amazing place to relax and enjoy. We loved everything about our stay and we will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and well stocked property!

The rental home was beautifully appointed, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The outdoor area was similarly pleasant. The only negative may have come down to user error, although I've never encountered such difficulty with a smart tv. We were unable to utilize it, although the home was equipped with cable tv service.The property owner was incredibly gracious, even allowing for an earlier check-in.

Great house!

The house was very clean and just as described, beautiful inside out. The property manager Sabine was great, answered all my questions very promptly. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Better than pictured

I was hesitant to rent a house with such little reviews but we were not disappointed. Very clean, beautiful and great neighborhood. Would rent again!

We Rent Often - The Best

My wife and I travel frequently, both as a couple and with our teenagers. This rental is simply phenomenal. The house is impeccable and even better than the pics. Check in was a breeze and a friendly property manager to welcome us and answer any question. The place is gorgeous. We stayed as a family and we will absolutely go back. Fell in love with this house.

Beautiful, Clean Home

We loved our stay in this beautiful, clean home. We had two boys (3 & 6) who swam in the beautiful pool all day. It was heated to a perfect temperature. This home was well stocked and even had everything we needed to take the kids to the beach for a day.

Great Girl’s Trip

Beautiful home! Spotlessly clean. Comfortable and up to date furnishings. Well stocked kitchen. Great pool and patio area with waterfront dock. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very nice property manager. Loved our stay :)

Very spacious, elegant home with great pool and spa.

We found the home to be well kept, well appointed, and very easy to live in. Owner has provided everything you need for a delightful stay including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room seating, and abundant outdoor seating in the screened in pool area. Owner was also very responsive to any questions we had and property manager made a personal visit to orient us to the home. I highly recommend this home and would defintiely stay here again.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our family. Clean, accommodating, comfortable! Loved the large kitchen and open space to be together. The host offered up kayaks, bikes, pickleball equipment, etc. We thought this was very generous of them.

Getaway

The house was fantastic! Four adults and 2 teenagers. Was so comfortable! The pool and the kayaks were a hit! So realaxing. Clean and just as pictured and well stocked with supplies.We all loved it!

Great trip! The house looked just like the pictures. That doesn’t happen often. We had a great girls weekend. We will be returning. It was strange that the manager wanted to meet us but we were ok with it

Book it!

This home had everything we needed! Large furnished kitchen, pool & hot tub, outside sitting area with a large table. Outdoor area was all screened in so no worry about mosquitoes. LOVED the sitting area & tiki hut on the dock, we enjoyed our coffee here each morning. Target & DoorDash delivery available at this home, we used both. Local ice cream shop is delicious. Very relaxing & welcoming home. Host and house manager were great as well, quick & clear communication. We enjoyed our vacation!

Very nice stay, not close to beaches

The house went above and beyond what we were looking for. They had everything that we needed for our family and then some. Loved the pool and being on the canal. The only bummer was the distance to the beaches. Traffic is awful and being the car with little kids makes that hard. Overall though-we had the best time.

The best place to stay in cape coral. 100% recommended !!!

Cari's house is one of the most beautiful that my family has visited. From the moment you enter, you can breathe its cleanliness, spaciousness, and good energy. You find even the smallest thing you might need. The hours we spent as a family breathing fresh air on the terrace and sharing quality time in front of the pool and a beautiful lake will remain in our memories forever. Grandma's 80th Birthday Surprise

The girls came into town to surprise our Grandma for her 80th birthday. Her reaction was priceless and the house was the perfect touch. We loved starting our morning by the pool and lounging in the afternoon. There was plenty of space for the 7 of girls. The house was even better than the pictures.

Unsurpassed elegance

This house was a once in a lifetime experience! The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Impeccably clean, well organized, everything you could imagine was at your fingertips! We only stayed three nights, but wish we had booked for an entire week. The beds were pristine, very comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We used the beach chairs and beach umbrella offered to us each day for our trips to the ocean . We could either have dinner inside or outside by the pool . The pool and jacuzzi were such a delight , especially in the evenings when we listened to music and had our best talks with our college daughters. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for an “upscale” experience all the way around!
