Welcome to Sunrise Lake Paradise!
This amazing lakefront getaway offers everything you need for a stress-free and relaxing vacation at Smith Mountain Lake. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home and enjoy lake living at its best.
Pack light — we’ve thought of the details for you. Your refrigerator will be stocked with water and soda, bedrooms feature comfortable linens, cozy duvets, robes, and slippers, while bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and disposable toiletries. Just bring your toothbrush and start relaxing.
Our beautifully updated 3-level lakefront retreat was renovated in 2024 and offers plenty of space for families, couples, and groups.

Upstairs:
Two private bedroom suites, including a lake-view primary suite with its own deck overlooking the water — the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunrise views.
Main Level:
Fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating for 6, comfortable family room with TV, high-speed WiFi, board games, and a spacious lakefront deck perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
Lower Level:
Additional bedroom with queen bed and sleeper sofa, full bathroom, covered patio, and direct access to the lake.

Outdoor Amenities Include:
Covered boat slip.
Large floating dock for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, and lounging
Kayaks, floats, beach towels, life jackets, and corn hole

Great location. Half bath on main floor would be nice and third floor a little warm but fans were helpful. Great communication with host and no complaints! Loved sitting on the dock and enjoyed seeing deer frequently. Definitely recommend!

Place was clean, had all the essentials, had a great view of the lake. I would stay there again. Only thing I would change is is the one bedroom had a metal frame bed that squeaked.

Beautiful location on Smith Mountain Lake! Communication with our host was excellent. Our host generously left our daughter graduation balloons, chocolates and champagne for all of us to celebrate the occasion. The townhome was very clean and we appreciated having some shampoo, soap and other essentials. Thank you Alla for your hospitality.

This lovely end unit townhouse with 2 decks facing the lake has the space that allows everyone to feel comfortable. The Smith Mountain Lake view is spectacular to see every morning and evening. Easy access to boat and dock area. Access to the West Lake Area and other restaurants by car is superb. The hosts are generous with toiletry items, other amenities as well as quality matresses, towels and linens. The consensus of the entire family was 'top notch'. One practical recommendation from everyone was adding bath hooks to all the doors and additional towel racks.

Great views of the main channel of the Roanoke River. Clean property and excellent owner hospitality. Owner was exceptional to work with and communicated with me despite traveling abroad. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Beautiful and updated

This property was beautiful and updated. The area was nice and quite and had a great view of the lake. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a major plus!!

Nice Place

Nice place in a good location. The place has a beautiful view of the lake and we enjoyed having a morning coffee or evening wine on the deck. Having use of the boat slip was an added bonus. Hosts are quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

Smith Mountain Lake

Such a beautiful place to stay on an even more beautiful lake! Feet from the lake and having a slip for a boat made rentals great! We will be back!

SML Vacation

First of all SML is an absolutely beautiful lake. We brought our grandkids from MD. The house was very nice & a great location. Everything we needed was a short drive away.
