This is a quaint and quite place to stay. The houses he has are small but very nice. This was our second stay with Jerry and we love it. Easy access to pretty much anything you can want or need. Jerry has lived here all his life and is very helpful with your needs about the lake and the area. My husband and I strongly suggest this place

This was our first time renting in Texas and we were very pleased. We stayed for the month of July 2026. The property is situated in an older lake community which was very much to our liking, we like cozy and comfortable and this did not disappoint. The views from this home are as pictured in listing. Whether you're looking to enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck, swimming in the cove, boating. taking an evening stroll along the lake front or sitting on a bench at waters edge; enjoying a glass of wine and beautiful sunsets you will not be disappointed. Jerry, his wife and family are all very friendly and accommodating, It was a great time!

Thanksgiving Holiday

Jerry and Jeri were terrific property managers. House was clean, in great shape and had everything we needed including a super view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay and they and their caretaker checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend one of their houses if you need a stay in the Dallas area. Lots of stores, restaurants and shopping nearby.
