There were some minor problems when we first checked in. I communicated those with Anil and he took care of them immediately. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Will definitely recommend.

Great stay!

Our family came to Dallas for a week and really enjoyed our stay in this house. The location was the best part, easy to get to everything. Everything is as described in the listing and the hot tub was a welcome indulgence at the end of the day. Thank you for a great time!

Easy to book. Easy to find.Smart lock was a little frustrating- it took several tries to get the 4-digit code to work (everytime we entered the door).Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfy. Plenty of extra blankets and towels.Bathroom soap dispenser didn't work in small bathroom - pulled one from kitchen. Only one dispenser in ensuite bathroom. Ensuite shower door didn't seal, but also didn't leak.Used one drinking glass, no liquid dish soap to wash.Major factor in choosing this property was on-site hot tub. Upon arrival it was unplugged and nearly empty. Our only night to enjoy it was the night we arrived, so that was a disappointment. Host attempted to "fix". Filled with hose and left hose on - we realized it the morning we were leaving and hot tub was overflowing.Tried to take trash out upon departure, but garage door wouldn't open and back gate was locked from the outside. Also attempted to start a load of towels when we left (happy to comply with departure asks from Host); washer had wet sheets in it, and dryer was full.Nothing major, but several details that need improvement. Location was exactly what we needed. Probably won't be back, but it worked well enough this time.

Ideal location for various attractions

While the primary reason for our trip was a golf tournament at PGA Frisco, we were never more than 30 miles from attractions such AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and the Dallas Zoo to name a few. The area was also a very quiet location to get much needed rest as well. If my travels bring me back, I will definitely be looking to book here.

Beautiful home, great location

We were extremely pleased with our recent stay. The home is clean and well-kept, with everything we needed. For our stay, the location was great, as it was close to other family whom we were visiting, as well as close to lots of restaurants and services, including The Legacy area. Breakfast at the Sunview Cafe nearby is a must! The check-in process was great, and the owner communication was wonderful. Thank you!

Fantastic Property in Great Location!

Anil and the property were fantastic. The location is in a great place, you don’t have to travel more than a mile to fine great food and activities. The property itself is well maintained and the check in process was seamless. Anil checked in multiple times to make sure everything was up to par and remained available should we need anything. Can’t go wrong with this property!

FCS stay

The place was very nice and communication with the hosts was great! They were very accommodating. The house is very minimal with staples, spices, kitchen towels etc but overall it was good and we’d definitely stay there again. Located in a good neighborhood and very close to all our needs! Great hot tub also.

B+

There were a few things at this property that could use some attention, but nothing serious enough to negatively affect our stay.
