Our newest Royal Garden Studio! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is an end unit, and where you want to be! A sunrise view to start the day from the east mountains and Diamond Head in one suite, that stretches out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in another suite!! There is bathroom, lanai to relax, a small yet efficient kitchen, valet parking (for a fee), and did we mention the views? Bedroom overlooks the Ala Wai canal as well, where guests can watch the canoe races or stroll along the canal with the Ko'olau Mountains as a backdrop! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness center, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise after registering with the front desk.

The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. You're a mere stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. Lounge around and enjoy the panoramic ocean views, walk down the street to your favorite Waikiki restaurant, or spend a lazy afternoon just lounging on the beach. This location has it all!

Better than a standard hotel

Room and facilities were clean and easy to access. The staff of the building were polite and helpful. Overall this was better than any resort I’ve stayed at in Waikiki. No hidden fees and everything up front. Love it

This condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more for a convenient stay. Just a 5 minute walk to all of the Waikiki shops and restaurants, and a little ABC store just down the block, the room itself was quiet and had a great view of the city and mountains. We were able to pick up a few grocery items and enjoy our morning coffee in the room as we planned our days. The laundry room onsite was a great addition and if I had realized how easy it would be to run a load of clothes, I could have packed about a third of what I brought! The owners included almost anything you could think of and it was a low stress visit because of this home away from home. Highly recommend-

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great, with one major exception--no complimentary coffee! I would have given it 5 stars except that coffee is a basic item for any hotel stay! However, everything else was excellent. Their kitchen is so well equipped! And the unit has beach chairs, a body board, and a cooler bag! Also laundry area on the 4th floor proved very handy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a smooth and nice experience during our two week stay. Towels, linnen, silverwear etc was all there. Every day we used the crystal glasses and felt luxiurious. We use the kitchen extensively and was very happy with everything. The only things we missed was a flower vase, my wife bought local flowers and had nothing to put them in. The other thing is somewhere to hand wet towels and swim wear. Overall a superb experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went from Japan and stayed 4 nights. The front desk staff and security staff were the receptionists. They were very bright, friendly and very nice. The facilities in the room were easy to use. We used the facilities, especially the kitchen, at full capacity every day. The coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and cooktop were useful. The view from the room was of the city, the mountains and the river, with little noise and a quiet night. Donkey Forte was about a 20 minute walk away, and the location was convenient for food shopping. You can go for a walk. The beach is also within walking distance, through the park, every day. We brought our own lunch. Suggestion. I would like you to check the batteries for the TV and other remote controls. You could increase the amount of shampoo, conditioner, etc. The wardrobe should be scented. Maybe a washlet in the toilet bowl would make the room more reputable! Because, it will help the ladies. Excellent Accommodations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly as described. Nice & Clean. Tip for parking: Leave by 6am and return around 4:30-5pm. There is usually a parking spot on the hotel street available at this time. Arrive later and there is not. This way you pay $3/hr from 5pm to 10 pm (so around $15). Because parking is free from 10pm until 6am. You will have to run down a few times and add parking because you can only do 2hrs at a time. We just explored downtown & Waikiki beach in evenings. This saved us so much in parking $.Also, Friday night there is fireworks at the beach. We cooked breakfast in room every morning and packed a lunch to take every day. That saved us a lot of money as we went to Walmart for groceries on thr first dsy there.The Royal Gardent is clean, safe with a laundry room to use that is free.I would book this accommodation again in a heartbeat! The price is reasonable when compared with others in area.

Wonderful stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and very very friendly staff. The unit was so very comfortable and the view was excellent. The nice kitchen has everything you need. The location was perfect for us. We took bikes to Safeway and got food to barbecue and greatly enjoyed the barbecue by the pool. The pool also was warm and wonderful and there is a lawn to enjoy the sun. We also appreciated using the sauna. so we have the black one right here. This was an excellent deal and we would definitely stay here again!!
