Great little studio. Very close to all shops and restaurants. Very clean and the bed was great. Everything was all good.

Great Location

Property was in walking distance to multiple restaurants, the beach, and other activities. Smooth check in and check out process, would definitely stay here again.

Great Vaca, even when it rained!

Perfect for a couple

This property is perfectly located at the top of Front Street. It’s easy to walk to all the restaurants on Front Street. The property is perfect as a base to visit various attractions in and around Traverse City. Highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and cute. It was a great find for the price. Small and quaint and perfect for a short stay. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved exploring the area. The parking spot was an added bonus.

Weekend

Place was as advertised, clean and comfy. Property manager was super helpful andade every easy and quick. Would definitely recommend for good restaurants and shopping downtown TC.

Great accommodation

Host was prompt with check in / check out instructions. The apartment is in a great location and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and temperature controlled. The dishes and kitchenette were useful for our weekend away. Thanks for a great experience!

The room was clean and it has a convenient location. We couldn't sign in to any channels on the TV. It was a little comical that there were 2 spoons, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 bowls, 2 plates, 2 cups, and 2 glasses. Im glad there were more than just 2 towels because we needed them to clean up the water that leaked from the shower. There was air-conditioning. The bed could have been better. Others have said the same. We probably won't stay there again, but that's us.

Very clean and perfect location!

Such a perfect location, we walked to most of the shops and food spots on the strip. Parking was right outside the door. Updated everything and had everything we needed. Very quick responses from the owners! Pictures are exactly what it looks like. Awesome for couples stay!

Overall, great location, nice little room. However, the walls between rooms, aren’t very well insulated. Could hear our neighbors TV and them even snoring as well and that is our only complaint

Great location

The location was great. Easy walking to Traverse City shopping, Beach and dining. We initially had trouble as the door would not unlock. The property manager responded to walk us through and then sent someone out when the lock still didn't work.

Best Location in Traverse City

Came to TC to see the Blue Angels. We wanted something within walking distance of the festivities at the Cherry Festival. This place checked all of the boxes. You can’t get any better than this for location. Very nice, clean and brand new! Had everything my husband and I needed. Thanks for the great stay!

Convenient and Easy

I rented this room for a wedding that had shuttle service from a nearby hotel (the Delmar). Checking in and out was an absolute breeze, property management was communicative, and the location was ideal. Sadly, I didn’t get time to explore too much around it but my cousin, a TC native , listed off 5 or so restaurants and bars that were within 2 blocks- all of which she highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again if my travels bring me back to TC!

Great Location but Little Else

Great location near downtown TC. Room was about like a regular hotel room with an overgrown cot for a bed. Entryway to the property was covered with spiders and we ran into webs every time we entered and exited the building. Walls were thin and we could hear conversations from other guests two rooms over.
