Very clean Itaska Cambria 30 foot Class C motorhome. RV is located on part of a wonderful, 10 acre home site. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore is 20 minutes to the west and Traverse City is 15 minutes east. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located in the bonus room located in the adjacent pole barn. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the bonus room. Free firewood is on site and a gas grill. Youtube tv, Netflix and Paramount plus onsite. Free WiFi included.
A well behaved dog is welcome. Must be friendly toward children and other dogs.

Great setup!

The RV has everything we needed for an overnight stay. Location was close to everything too! Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Getaway

Cameron and his family were very accommodating and friendly. The property was quiet and peaceful, would highly recommend to anyone. He had a guide book of all the hot spots to check out in the area. There were a great amount of amenities.

Great alternative!

We found staying in the RV was a great alternative to other options available. Having access to a washer and dryer was a plus. The location gave us easy access to many of the local attractions. If in the area again, we’d definitely reserve again.

Exceeded all Expectations

The property is beautiful, and the combination of RV and guest room (including a full-size shower) provided plenty of space for three adults and two large dogs. We also appreciate how dog-friendly our hosts were. Highly recommended!

Peaceful and relaxing

Great communication with owner and better than staying in a motel. Definitely will return and recommend to others. Perfect location for many area towns and beaches.

Clean, Quiet & Convenient Getaway

Extremely clean, great communication w owners and peaceful setting. Extra room and restroom, with washer and dryer is awesome. Close to Cedar where Market is incredible.

Squeaky clean luxury motor home in a beautiful private setting. The bonus room with separate bathroom was especially nice to have. The location is very rural but was perfect for us as it is about halfway between Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes Natl Park. We really enjoyed our time at this property!

Relaxing

Our hosts were fantastic. The motorhome was clean and comfortable. The bonus room with bathroom awsome. Centrally located easy access to all Northwest Michigan offers. Highly recommend this property. Pet friendly

Came for Labor Day weekend. Cam was great! Property was beautiful! A hidden gem for sure! Highly recommend for a getaway. Close to sleeping bear dunes, so many places to go see close by..

Great location!

The location of this property was perfect for us as we wanted to explore all of the M22 area from Suttons bay to lelannau peninsula and down to sleeping bear. It was a great central location to hit all these spots in just 3 days. Very gracious hosts and equipped accommodations. We only brought food and clothes really, everything else was provided. No need to bring towels, chairs, dishes, pots and pans or linens. The washer and dryer was a plus too! Lots of dry firewood and kindling available. Nice modern camper with all the tv channels from home(kids were happy) I would definitely return again if in the area.

A Hidden Gem in Traverse City

While looking for a place to stay for a couple of nights while DJ-ing weddings in the area I started looking at VRBO's. Knowing that we would only be sleeping for a few hours before we had to get up and ready this was the perfect solution! Not only was the property clean, this RV was immaculately clean! You also have access to the pole barn for another bathroom and shower if need be. Cameron was a great host, and I will be looking at staying here again in the future! Thank you so much for renting this out and making it affordable as well!

Can't wait to go back!

Cam and his family were so welcoming and friendly which put us at ease since this was our first time using a site like vrbo. The RV was spotless and like new. The extra tv room and full bath in the pole barn was a real bonus. All the little extras included were definitely a nice touch. Even though we were just there two nights, we had plenty of time to take the short drives to TC, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Leland to the north. We look forward to going back next year and hopefully for more than two nights. We definitely recommend it! Thanks Cam!

Hideaway

I really enjoyed staying in the camper. The host was nice friendly and helpful. First trip with my 10 month old puppy. I would highly recommend staying here.
