Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location on Wrightsville Beach!
Sandpiper Suite 206 is one unit back from the ocean front end of the building. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. located on the second floor.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Decent

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The place was older, but decently clean. No rugs, so you had to brush off your feet with a towel all the time. If you plan on cooking there, bring mixing bowls, sheet pans, foil, etc. not really equipped.

The parking was was disappointing only one parking spot each room should have at least two spot with pay. Elevator on both end of the building was out at the same time not a good idea

Convenient

Convenient, safe and relatively clean but not well maintained. The bathroom sink is too slow, kitchen overhead light is out and the bedroom lamp was not fully working. The bed frame has a sharp exposed corner.

Location was perfect. Steps to beach and restaurants. So happy we chose this rental. It was exactly what we needed.

We paid over 4,500 for a two-week stay and, unfortunately, this property fell far short of expectations.The kitchen was poorly equipped, with only older cookware showing significant scratch marks and no mixing or serving bowls available. More concerning, we discovered black mold inside the washing machine on our final day. Had we found it earlier, we would have seriously considered leaving and finding alternative accommodations.Noise was also a significant issue, particularly on weekend nights after the nearby bars closed. Sleep was frequently disrupted by loud late-night activity.To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service on our last day, forcing us to carry luggage down two flights of stairs.What is most disappointing is the disconnect between our experience and the many 9- and 10-star reviews. Based on our stay, those ratings do not accurately reflect the condition of the property. When reviews fail to reflect reality, there is little incentive for owners to address ongoing problems.We rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending this amount of money, prospective guests deserve an honest account of our experience.

It was okay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking was easy. The rental was clean. We like to cook fresh seafood while we are at the beach. If you plan to do any cooking, choose another rental. The description said fully functional kitchen. Nope. Minimal pots and pans and dinnerware. 2 “sharp” knives, no measuring cups or spoons. Oven numbers on stove were half burned out. The location was a bit busy for us, cars constantly coming down street and turning around. If like to be in the middle of everything and don’t need a kitchen this is the rental for you.

We love the fact that the beach is just a few steps away and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful and relaxing visit.
