Three bedroom villa with tile flooring, and all new smart TVs. It’s located on the 1st floor of Richmond Park in Kingston Resort. The main bedroom has a King bed . The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have 2 double beds (each). The Villa has a beautiful living/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. A private deck is available outside for entertaining and lounging. It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes) Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Richmond Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and winding sidewalks with a 5-minute walk to the beach.

North End Golf Trip

Property is in a quiet area with a nice landscaping and view of the pond. Used for golf trip but having a short walk to the beach was nice after a hot round. Beach was clean and quiet. Quick drive to Barefoot Landing and Barefoot resort. Would stay here again if playing in the same area

Weekend stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay while our daughter had a dance competition. The location was close to everything, yet tucked away just enough to feel private. The unit was clean and well appointed, check-in was smooth, and overall we had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this rental, and we will definitely rent again!

We had a beautiful place to stay for 6 wonderful days.

Our home for 6 days was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were neatly decorated and the bonus of having a full kitchen was great. Travelling with 4 special needs children/adults and having all the conveniences of home made every little detail so much easier. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The kids loved being by the water, and having the stores so close made life less hectic when we needed groceries. Hoping to return again next year for another great stay.

Another fantastic stay!

So refreshing to arrive at a property and find it spotless in terms of cleanliness, all up-to-date amenities, comfortable beds and a unit clearly well taken care of. Excellent location with easy access to the beach with patio right on waterway. Easy gate access as well as parking. We’ll be back!

Perfect Space and Location

Richmond Park 8E is a prime spot to stay within the Kingston Plantation. The three bedrooms are perfect for a family vacation. The open floor plan allows for a conversation and fun to be held all the way from the kitchen through the living room. The deck on the back of the property is perfect for morning coffee or tea while looking over the lake. An added bonus is the potential to see black swan or watch the turtles from the wooden bridge adjacent to the condo. Minutes from the beach it is easy to pack up and head towards some fun in the sun.

Graduation celebration

The rental was exactly as pictured. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. 2 min walk to the pool. Conveniently located with most activities within a 10-30 min drive. Loved Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger retail outlets and mini-golf. Only downsides were the noisy neighbors above us and the ones next to us who liked to smoke weed on the back patio.We highly recommend this property. Would gladly stay at any of their properties again.

This was a business trip. The villa is clean and has everything one needs. All of the kitchen needs and linen items were available. The outdoor setting was so nice and inviting several friends joined us under the tree after meetings. No alcohol, no music just perfect for lounging. My only request is for an 11:00 check out to match the hotel for those of us who are there for business meetings.

This truly is everything South Carolina has to offer right outside our doors.
