Spacious 2 bedroom/1 bath suite, in a quiet neighborhood, free street parking.
Features 2 large flat screens w/Apple TV, kitchenette, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, rice cooker, mini oven. Walk-in closet, master suite, independent access.
Located in a very quiet neighborhood, look for deer or wild turkey walking by at times.
You are only 3 miles to UofO, 8 miles to Riverbend, 5 miles from Spencers Butte, (favorite local hike), 60 miles from the coast, or 70 miles from the famous Willamette pass in case you fancy to ski.
The suite is all the daylight basement of this property, with independent entry, our family resides upstairs in case you need anything at all.

One thing that surprised us when we first entered the world of hosting is how much we enjoyed it. We have been so fortunate to meet so many kind and generous people from all over. Truly it has become a new passion to open our home and our hearts to perfect strangers who leave as friends
