Woodsview is the perfect home base for University of Oregon football games, Hayward Field track meets, UO graduation, and family vacations. With quick highway access to Eugene and Springfield, you can easily reach campus, sporting events, and local attractions, then return to the peace and quiet of a suburban-edge neighborhood.

Comfortably accommodating 6–8 guests, with Air Conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, fully fenced backyard, outdoor dining area, and barbecue grill. Whether you're visiting for a Ducks game, a graduation celebration, or a relaxing family getaway, Woodsview’s unique location puts you near the places you want to go to, while providing a peaceful, safe space come home to unwind and relax.

Identity Verification Rule: If a booking guest has not completed Vrbo's identity verification process and/or has zero platform rental history, they are required to sign our supplemental short-term rental agreement and submit a government-issued photo ID within 48 hours of booking. Comfortable older home

We were comfortable in this home and neighborhood. The back yard is totally fenced so children are safe, however the play equipment shown in the photos is "offlimits“. Master bathroom had only 2 towels and one hand towel we would consider staying againhand towel for our 4 night stay

Hi Tim, thanks again for staying and thanks for your input. We have added a towel rack and will make sure to have more hand towels out when guests arrive. We actually had plenty of towels in a cupboard in the suite, but realize that where we put them wasn't an obvious place for towels, so going forward will store in bathroom and also tell guests where they can find them. In terms of the play equipment, we have now confirmed with our insurance agent that the children's slide is fine to let guests use. Sadly the trampoline is still a no go, but we have updated our listing to make clear that the trampoline can't be used. Apologies about not having made that clear before your stay.

The property was amazing! Spacious rooms, fenced in back yard for my little ones, updated appliances and so much more! Its in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. My family and I were able to host a big Christmas dinner for our extended family. There was plenty of room for all of us to cook and eat comfortably and everyone loved the property! I can not say enough about the host and thier generosity! Far exceeded all of our expectations! We were originally just looking for a comfortable place to sleep while visiting family for the holidays, but it ended up feeling more like a second home! We highly recommend and will definitely be staying again! We are already planning when our next stay will be!

A local, I left the area as a 23-year-old in 1993, lived in Seattle for three, and then from 1996-2020, lived in China where I met my amazing South African wife and we had our two amazing children. They are both grown now, so we are empty nesters.

We absolutely love our house! We bought in in November of 2023. It's in a beautiful, quiet area with friendly neighbors. A view of the forest from our back patio. Lots of lovely walks in our neighborhood and near a wonderful park area.

Location: A quiet, peaceful space, with views of a small woods, but also quick highway access.

Less than 15 minutes to Autzen.
Seventeen minutes to Hayward Field/UO.
Five minutes to local stores and restaurants.

It is also near many great parks, mountain trails and both the Willamette and McKenzie rivers.

We are thrilled to share our home with people when we are away and take great pride in it--both inside and out.

Both a big front and backyard, with lots of beautiful flowers and plants. Inside is bright, with lots of windows, a huge master suite with access to the back yard. Very comfortable beds. Modern kitchen that includes dishwasher, microwave, ninja coffee maker. Loads of parking on and next to the property.

The private fenced backyard is one of Woodsview's favorite gathering spaces and is perfect for grilling after a Ducks game or enjoying a quiet evening with family,

And oh, as you relax outside or eat breakfast in the dining room don't be surprised to spot deer at the small wooded area across from us, with osprey, bald eagle and wild turkey also occasionally making appearances.
