This property has an open-concept floor plan., and wood and tile flooring span the unit. The living room features a sleeper sofa, comfortable armchairs, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen bar and additional seating for 4 at the dining table.

The remodeled kitchen has been enhanced with additional space, new counters, stainless appliances and custom cabinetry.

The bedroom features two queen beds, a Smart TV and large closet. The gorgeous bathroom has a double sink, ornate tilework and a large walk-in shower.

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week.

Pet fee is $225 plus tax per dog. Max is 1 dogs, 75 pounds each.

Lighthouse Tennis Villas is located just a short walk from Harbour Town and the plethora of shops, dining and water sports options that surround the marina. Guests of Lighthouse Tennis can enjoy a beautifully maintained community pool and private tennis courts. A free shuttle is offered seasonally to take guests to the beach, though the beach is just a short bike ride away!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
