Negative Experience All Around
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When we arrived, the place spelled horribly of dog urine. The window had been opened, so the owner or cleaner was aware of the problem but it did nothing to touch the stench! We called immediately and said we were not staying there and requested a refund. The place was not clean, run down, stains on the couch that may have been dog pee and was more run down than the pictures show, not to mention in a rough neighborhood. This was all after numerous problems with the property being "cancelled" by the owner and then convincing us that it was okay to stay there because it was a glitch in the system. We reluctantly agreed but now because of that "cancel" we can't get any response on a refund. After not staying there, an email was sent the next day asking how our stay was so far. I called and reminded them that we'd spoken and we were waiting for a refund. They had not done anything yet. Then another email 2 days later asking how our stay was again. Then multiple emails asking for reviews. We have emailed and called numerous times about our refund with no help. We are now disputing it with our credit card company to get our money back. Poor customer service from 907 Vacation Rentals and not what was advertised. I would not recommend this rental to anyone.
