Great beachside accommodations for an extended family gathering. Kitchen better stocked with condiments than we thought which was great. Easy access from Daytona airport. Be ready for cars and trucks as this is a driveable beach.

Really nice property that is great for large groups or family gatherings. Views of the ocean from many rooms in the house are great. Having a pool was a nice touch. Family enjoyed playing ping pong and pool! Two refrigerators was great. I would stay here again. Only downside was some of the sliding doors needed new rollers and were very hard to open and close.

Great house with plenty of space for our large family vacation. Great beach access and beach equipment available. Walking distance to restaurant. Family had a great time. Problems with internet required multiple calls to resolve, but cell service was good. Highly recommended.

This house was perfection! We had the best vacation as a large group. We had 13 people and had more than enough room. The house is literally on the beach and is the closest we've ever been. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated, close to everything, and we even saw two satellite launches from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It easily accommodated our 11 family members with room to spare. Beach view was great (Artemis II launch was just a bonus). Did have some trouble with the internet working all the time and the pool heater didn’t seem to be working properly. I would definitely recommend this property. We certainly plan on visiting again!

This home is in a beautiful place with gorgeous views of the ocean! It’s close to lots of good restaurants and we really enjoyed exploring Indian River Lagoon. Our family loved the pool and being steps from beach access. It was great to use the beach chairs and toys, we even flew the kite. We liked having lots of room and seating for everyone in the main living area. The dining table was great for family meals and games. We were a bit disappointed that the internet service was not working though since all tv is streaming only. The host did try to help but our schedules never lined up for a repair person to access the house. We were coming and going throughout the day enjoying the area for the limited time we had.

Great space and accommodations for family of 11

Very good except tv in main kitchen area didn’t work well and we got hot at night with temperature locked at 74 degrees

Family beach Event

Perfect location. Easy access to beach + swimming pool. Beach was clean, water was warm and clear. Stores and restaurants are nearby. We will stay again.

House was big enough for family of 14. Having access to beach was a plus. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We would definitely book this place again

Perfect beach home right on the ocean

Well furnished home from beach towels to a full kitchen. So comfortable for all - pool table a hit. Excellent communication with Ocean Resort. Would stay again!

The beach house was very nice. The staff was also helpful. Had to have the repairman come over a Few times. Amenities weren't quite what was advertised. Streaming services could have been in better condition from the get go. My family and friends enjoyed the layout and loved being right on the beach

This rental exceeded expectations. We had a family of 12 people spend five days. It is very large with six bedrooms and plenty of supplies in the kitchen to cook all of our meals. It had a gas grill with plenty of propane, a two car garage, we were easily able to park five cars on the property. Every room had a smart TV with Roku, and the pool table and ping-pong table in the game room were put to use. The staff was very accommodating by phone 24 seven and very responsive and helpful. There’s plenty to do in New Smyrna Beach, JB‘s Fish Camp is a must do. I would highly recommend it and we will probably be staying there again in the future.

The house, view, and location were all beautiful. We would definitely consider staying there again.We never met host but didnt really expect too.The house was clean but the attentuon to detail from the maintenance crew were lacking. The only negative was the lack of communication from the rental company when we reached out for a question about the insects in the upstairs bathrooms. Overall our vacation was amazing because of the house size and location.

Wedding Weekend

We rented this house for our extended family for our son's wedding weekend. The home was in a perfect location. Plenty of room for 4 families. Loved the game room downstairs - perfect gathering place in-between wedding festivities. Pool and patio area along with the decks overlooking the ocean were a great place to sit, catch up and just relax. Parking is a little tight but we made it work. Didn't want to leave! Would definitely rent again. Property manger was great considering we entered 2 days after a significant hurricane.

The house is beautiful and spacious and very well situated right next to the ocean. Comfy beds.

The house needs to be more equipped in terms of dishes and basic things (eg wine glasses, sponge or brush to wash the dishes, hand soap). There are no more stairs to access to the beach in front of the house. Some of the furniture is stained and the dishwasher does not clean well.

The pictures of the property are old and from a time when things were clean and new. This is a heavily traveled property and lacks general regular maintenance. The ice machines in both fridges are broken. The AC worked well but the humidity never ceases and towels do not dry while hanging overnight. The bed mattresses are wrapped in plastic that can make you sweat when sleeping. We had to buy our own sheet sets. The mattress on the lower master was badly stained, Furniture is old and used. Chair bottoms were broken and sinking into the chair. The sliding doors are almost inoperable, they do not slide. There was a garden hose stretched across the pool deck to keep the pool filled, causing a tripping hazard. The hose reel blocks the stairway to the balcony. The wood deck stair LED lights are not working. The wood deck walkway going out to the beach had warped and twisted railings and nails protrude from the wood, a real hazard. Most of the beach chairs were in working order but some were broken. The beach accessories need to be sorted and broken things disposed. There are no beach umbrellas. The TVs did not work due to an internet issue. I expected more for the price being charged.
