The property greatly exceeded my expectations in terms of value, convenience of location, and overall appearance. Check in was a breeze and the house had everything we needed and then some. Everything about our stay was effectively perfect.

This property is a perfect location - right on the beach with a huge beautiful porch! We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back!

Paintchips on the Beach. Property is in a beautiful location and we enjoyed the views. Property needs serious updating and the photos misrepresent the condition of the property. Ripped and broken patio furniture, stained couches, moldy fruit in basement fridge and chipped paint everywhere and tired interior. )

What a great place to stay beachside!
Right on the beach and watched the sunrise each morning from the bedroom window. So close to shopping and restaurants too!

This house has a happy atmosphere. It has multiple spaces for eating, relaxing, playing games - perfect for getting together with extended family. Direct beach access allowed us to spend all day on the beach. The beach is clean and water is clear - cars are allowed on the beach so you have to be careful with children.

We absolutely loved this house. Coffee on the deck every morning was a highlight. It was clean and well organized. Highly recommend. Our kids asked if we could rent the house again, that says a lot.

Loved the house and location
Master bed sheets were clearly not washed from prior stay which was a little disturbing. Overall a great place to stay.

Great beachfront home with an amazing view
this spacious home had everything you could want and it is directly on the beach. The view is fantastic and we had a wonderful time.

Perfectly located for an enjoyable beach stay
We enjoyed everything this home offered. Private rooms and bathrooms for all of us. A very well stocked, huge kitchen. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony and the walkover to the beach.
Very close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Vacation review
This is a great property, right on the beach. It has a fantastic deck for viewing the ocean and beach. All bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.

This home in NSB had a great location, plenty of room for 4 families, close to Flagler Ave & Publix.
Located right on the beach plenty of looking for shells, walking, biking & exploring.

What an amazing stay.
What a house! Mere steps to the beach!
I can watch my kids play from the balcony and not worry! Great Ocean Condo made renting this house so easy. Can't wait to go back soon!
