House was well prepared for our visit and included everything you need for a 5-day stay. Pool was perfectly clean along with the rest of the property. Great time, would come back again.

Our Charleston vacation

This house was wonderful..could use a double bed in 3rd bedroom as we had 3 couples and one child. It was clean and the pool was fabulous

We had a great time at this house. Clean and beautiful. Recommend renting a golf cart to get to the beach. Great family vacation spot!

Very nice house! Would stay again. Overall the house felt clean enough but could definitely use a deep cleaning. The pool was very nice. We didn’t use the screened in porch. The door going to the porch was difficult to use because it needs some adjustment and the floor in the porch was very dirty and needs to be painted. We did find 2 dead roaches in the master bath but I don’t think that’s unusual for the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this Isle of Palms home. The house was beautiful, modern, spotless, and exactly as pictured. The oversized rooms were very comfortable for our group, and the pool made the stay extra special. The kitchen was excellent with new, clean, modern appliances and plenty of dishes and glassware. We especially loved the screened-in porch overlooking the golf course — the perfect place for morning coffee. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the beach was just a short drive away.A few things could be improved. The grill was very old and unusable, and instructions would have helped since the labels on the dials were faded off. There was only one lounge chair by the pool, which was disappointing. The door to the screened porch also needs repair and was difficult to use. We also would have preferred that landscaping maintenance not be scheduled during our stay, as gardeners were there for several hours one day.The golf cart rental setup in the garage was a great idea, although the cart we rented would not hold a charge and we had to request a refund, which seemed unrelated to the homeowner.The management company was polite but somewhat slow and generic in their responses. Overall though, this was a lovely property. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

First off, this is a beautiful home in a neighborhood FULL of beautiful homes. With some TLC and some attention to details...it could be BEYOND. There was a feeling of uncleanliness due to stains all over the kitchen rug, the rug on the screened in patio and all over the furniture in the family/living room and outdoor screened in area. To the point where it almost felt a little gross to sit on it. The kitchen table had one of the chair spindles sitting on top of it when we arrived. Also, received an email prior to arrival that there would be no kitchen towels or beach towels. NO KITCHEN TOWELS? What? Also, the dishwasher lost power so I reached out thru the VRBO app to let the host know. 12 hours later we heard back that we needed to flip a switch next to the sink to turn on power to the disposal and dishwasher. Why isn't that switch labeled? I was told prior to arrival AND after dishwasher debacle that they could accommodate a late checkout of 12pm (there was almost two days between us checking out and the next guest checking in). Then suddenly I'm told that they got a last minute reservation and couldn't. Now maybe it was the next guest coming in early, but a two hour extension on checkout shouldn't be unreasonable. Now, I will say, the beds, bathrooms and floors were clean. But they need to replace rugs and covers on furniture and stock the home a little better. Those improvements would've make this a five star review.
