The home was beautiful and very spacious for a family of 5 plus two grandparents. The bedrooms were comfortable and the outdoor space was lovely! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Great Beach Stay!

Very clean and well thought out vacation rental. Just a few steps from a nice calm beach that is perfect for little ones. This rental is perfect for multi-generation families with a downstairs bedroom for grandma and grandpa.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the house, the location and the beach. It was also nice to watch the chipmunks in the back yard!! Roasting marshmallows with the kids and really enjoying family!! We will stay there again!!

Restful vacation

The large house is in a peaceful neighborhood, a short walk to the beach which was never crowded.

A nice house..although we had a ceiling open up and leak in kitchen.To be honest, although it was a nice house...we thought is was a seaside home.It was a block from the beach.Otherwise it was nice.Matt

Holiday escape

We love staying at 56 Beachway! This was our second stay and it was perfect. Our family enjoyed this well maintained clean home with all the comforts of home inside and out. The private beach is a 5 minute walk and perfect place to enjoy amazing sunsets! Can’t wait till we visit again.

The property was perfect for both adults and small kids. Plenty of space, plenty of supplies, and a warm inviting atmosphere. The neighbors were very friendly, and we were almost the only people on the private beach each day. No more than 15 minutes from activities, which were great for both the kids and the adults. Bill was a great host.

Wonderful Cape experience

Family of 5 with 3 small children had a wonderful stay. Well appointed house with lots of room, A/C!, nice shady backyard, and excellent location near a private beach. Beach is pretty rocky but during low tide there are several big sandbars that lots of families seem to take advantage of. The neighborhood is a short drive to just about everything you would need. Really enjoyed our stay.

Annual Weekend Golf getaway

This our 5th year of coming to Sandwich with our friends and this was definitely our favorite place to stay. The beach was within a short walk and the house was within 15 minutes from the golf course and great restaurants. The house was so clean and we loved the size of the dining room table which was big enough for all 8 of us to sit comfortably for dinner and games. The beds were also very comfortable and having 3 full baths was a huge plus. We are looking forward to returning for next year's getaway!

Great Stay in Sandwich!

Sweet Spot on the Cape

Sweet, quiet neighborhood with a perfect (albeit a bit rocky) beach for playing in the low tide pools and watching sunset. The house is newly renovated and so clean and well appointed. We had a great family visit with big meals and room for everyone. Bill’s recommendations for food and things to do were spot-on! Thank you!
