Adorable cottage on Route 6A, 'The Old King's Highway', in the picturesque village of Cummaquid, in the town of Barnstable on Cape Cod. Ideal for two, combination living room, bedroom, kitchen with separate bath with shower, outdoor barbeque, cable TV, internet. Situated at the foot of the owner's 13 acre property. Walk across the street and take a stroll to a quiet bay side beach through the fields of MA Audubon’s Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary. Close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants in Barnstable and Yarmothport Villages, as well as beaches, whale watching, golf, and art galleries. Great area for walking, biking and kayaking.

This was a very cute little home that met our needs. The proximity to the ferry to get to Nantucket was fantastic. It was also very centrally located to the rest of the Cape. We would highly recommend this home!

Very cute cottage located in Central Cape Cod which made it easy to go different places on the cape. The host Maggie was prompt in answering our messages. This is a great place for couples or a single traveler.

The cottage was adorable and cozy. It was clean, the bedding and towels were great, and the furniture was comfortable. We were sad that the weather only allowed us to sit outside on the deck once. Maggie, the owner, was very responsive to my questions. It is small. The location is good for traveling both directions on the Cape.

Sweet little Cape Cod cottage

This was my third stay at the cottage. It is a perfect little retreat. Close enough to the Audubon property which abuts the Bay for walking and the beach. Nicely appointed and clean. I look forward to staying again!

Charming Bungalow

We were here for a weekend to visit family. The property was small (as accurately indicated online), but lovely and perfect for our needs. We'd happily stay here again!

Perfection in Cape Cod

The home was very clean… plenty of bedding and towels… location was excellent for day trips…village close to home with anything you might need. Our host was available and very helpful…we would absolutely return to this home!
