This is a very nice, clean and comfortable VBRO. I ask to have the knives and skillet’s upgraded. Host is great and was agreeable.

Fantastic! The house and amenities was perfect for the 12 of us . The kids and dog loved being so close to the river. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Just a couple issue with not having enough coffee cups, wine glasses. Ice maker didn’t work, had to go for ice at EZ mart 8 miles away. The pool pump is located right next to the house by the bedroom behind the kitchen. I asked about how to turn it off at night and never got an answer. Short supply of paper goods, TP.

This cabin was the perfect place for our family to relax and have fun. The quality and design are outstanding, and the property is surrounded by beautiful nature that feels peaceful and serene. With three en suite bedrooms, everyone had their own space, which made the stay comfortable for a big group with little ones.The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind at night. One of our favorite moments was watching movies from the pool under the stars. It was such a unique and memorable experience.The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish.The location is a big bonus too. If you're coming from Dallas, you can avoid the construction traffic on 259 and shave more than 30 minutes off your drive into town. You get the added benefit of a quiet and peaceful getaway, but you're close enough to enjoy everything Hochatown has to offer.This was our family's favorite trip to Broken Bow so far. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Pool is right out back and big windows so you can watch the kids from the inside, if needed. River behind wasn't very high so you've gotta track down to get in which can be tricky finding a good path the first time but lots of fun. Thank you.

House was very spacious, very clean, host was so helpful and communication was excellent. Easy to find, just as pictured and really everything you needed was available! Pool and hot tub were amazing as was back porch. Can't to book again!

We had the best time here. The heated pool was perfect and getting to hear the water running down the river made it so relaxing. The house was super clean, beds comfortable, and Tina was the most helpful host! Can't wait to come back!

My family had a good time but expected more for the high price. The pool was tiny. Very tiny. The outside furniture was very uncomfortable. Location was far from hochatown and west of broken bow. It was over 1 hour given traffic (even in middle of week) and construction to get to hochatown.

W e loved everything about our stay at this property. The location on the river was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed fishing kayaking and exploring with the balance of having our own pool to lounge in. We had 2 families and the two king masters worked out great. We loved the area being a little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of town while still being close enough to enjoy the restaurants etc. we highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Great host and great place, it's very good for 9-10 people.Bathrooms, beds and bedrooms are spacious. They have shuffleboard which was fun to play.Very open concept space. Would love to go back.

This places was wonderful we absolutely loved the places the back porch was our favorite spot we spend most our time there we had a party of ten and we had so much room loved all the bathroom the pool was nice to have although we didn't use it much it was a little rainy and cool but the hot tub was grate...I do think it could have been a little bit more cleaner but that's probably just me I clean house's for a leaving.. I can tell you one thing we will definitely book again next year and i hope we get the same host Tina she was wonderful and so helpful....Thank you the Baccus Family

Wonderful Stay!!

Everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, the host and housekeeping were responsive, and the house was adequately stocked. The view of the river is beautiful. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

Stunning cabin

This cabin was well kept, very clean, and the hosts were quick to respond and provide anything needed. This cabin sets by a nice stream and was n a great location.
