Welcome to The Retreat at Water's Edge by Cabin Collective BB - A cozy 3 bedroom cabin on the banks of a stocked pond. Seclusion and privacy as the last house on the street without sacrificing the convenience of being minutes from the restaurants and activities of Hochatown. Come with family or friends to enjoy one of the few Broken Bow cabins actually on the water!

We personally manage this property and love making our guests feel special and taken care of!

The interior features 20' vaulted ceilings with two walls of windows (east facing for sunrises and west-facing for sunsets) and a stone fireplace. SMART TV with Direct TV cable is available for guests' enjoyment.

Our well-appointed kitchen and dining area provide the perfect space whether you're sipping wine or cooking a hearty breakfast before a day of adventure. Gather around the corner dining area, which seats 6 guests (with additional seating for 3 in the kitchen bar), dine on the outdoor dining table, or savor a morning coffee. The dining table is conveniently nestled across the kitchen, allowing you to serve and enjoy those tasty meals without missing a moment of fun!

✴ Sleeping Areas ✴

There are two master suites with king-sized beds, both with small private decks perfect for morning coffee. One of the master bathrooms has a large soaking tub and huge shower with double heads. The third bedroom (bunk room) can sleep up to 6 (2 twins + 1 full triple bunks and sofa sleeper) and is ideal for kids with an arcade console of over 400 old-school games.

The Guest King and Bunk Room shared a bathroom.

Just a few steps towards the pond, you will find the firepit area surrounded by string lights. We provide 2 complimentary kayaks for guests use.

We charge $50/pet/night. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1 - Sep 30).
