Was a quaint little place, just right for 2 people. Quiet area of Gloucester and easily walkable to downtown area. I would recommend a car rental to see all the sights in the area up the coast. Host was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cute. Comfortable bed. Great location. Walking distance to a lot of places. Great communication with owner. Only drawback is the steep narrow stairs to access. Hard to get big bags up and down. Another minor drawback and may not be for everyone but it doesn’t have a microwave.

This is a perfect place to stay!!! So clean and efficient! My husband and I walked the whole town and were able to have a few drinks and not have to worry about driving home!! We are close enough to our home in case the kids thought to have a party on their own too and we wanted to surprise them!!! I am going to be a frequent flyer to this little gem!! Thank you Joann!!!

Great property

We were in town for a wedding and this made our stay easy and comfortable. I loved that there were plenty of towels, coffee, and the bed was very comfortable.

Great spot

Great spot on Main St. Walked to dinner every night. Parking was easy. Condo was very nice and well maintained. Loved it .

Great stay in downtown Gloucester

The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We never had trouble finding on street parking. Downtown with its restaurants and museum was easily walkable. Jo Ann was an available and responsive host. We had a great stay!

Week in july 2023

This VRBO was perfect. Located in downtown Gloucester plenty of on-steet parking, very clean and had everything we needed away from home. A walk to restaurants and shops. We will come again.

We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to return! Jo was quick to respond, graciously accommodating to our schedule and requests, and simply wonderful. The apartment is charming and the area is quiet and peaceful. Ample desk and counter work space for 2 people working from the road (remote). High speed and reliable wifi. The kitchen was well stocked for use and the coffee and tea were a thoughtful and appreciated gift. The space is cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Bed is super comfy and weather was so cooperative in August, we didn't even need the AC. Recommend windows open with Seagulls and shore sounds. Location is ideal. Main street and harbor have all you need and more, although the surrounding area also has so much to offer. We walked to and from the train station for arrival/departure and also a day trip to Rockport. We walked to Hammond castle along the scenic waterfront (note that the last mile is not pedestrian friendly so recommend an uber to and from the castle). Highly recommend this stay if you are visiting Cape Ann or beyond. Thanks again Jo!

Fall Getaway

Perfect spot for my solo fall writing and walking retreat. The apartment is clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. I explored most of Gloucester on foot, and walked to ‘T’ to go further afield. Would definitely return!

Superb stay in Gloucester!!

This rental is in a perfect location!! Quiet, and close to everything. You can smell the salt water as soon as you open the door and hear seagulls. The bed is firm and comfy. Owner has many condiments, coffee, olive oil, butter, etc..for guests use. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot in a great neighborhood

The apartment was immaculately clean and very spacious. The pictures truly don't do it justice. We very much appreciated the on-site laundry, dishwasher, and fully appointed kitchen. We vacationed to spend time in Salem but ended up spending much of our time in Gloucester, which is a wonderful town. Everything you could want in Gloucester, including the MBTA station, is in very close walking distance to the property. This was our first experience with a Vrbo and everything went perfectly.

Gloucester Stay

The place was very cute. It was very clean and Jo Ann was very accommodating. She was very easy to contact. The apt was close to down town. A lot of great restaurants and things to do.

Property was as advertised. Location was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Property was well supplied with linens, towels, kitchen and bath supplies.

Charming unit in a great location

Pros: Friendly host, clean and comfortable unit, quiet yet close to everything in Downtown Gloucester. Cons: nothing. If you're looking to stay in Gloucester I'd highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic, just what I needed

I have had an excellent stay at this property, it was EXACTLY how it was described online and just what I needed. I hate to give such a great review because then it will be so hard to book again! I am ready to come back and enjoy! Bed was perfect and so comfortable plus new pillows and very clean. House was overall spotless and well taken care of. I couldn't recommend this enough, perfect for one or two people and in the heart of Gloucester! Thank you, Jo Ann, for being so accomodating!
