Sweet suite steps from the beach

This was our third stay at this guest suite in a year. We love the location for many reasons, mostly being steps away from the beach. It is very clean and has the necessities we need away from home. The host is on site if needs arise but we havent had any issues. Perfect for a single, couple, or couple and one child or teen who are there to spend a vacation on the beach with a comfy room to sleep, have some light meals or dine out at many places a few minutes away, or hop the trolly with a stop close by. We will book again!

Great room with access to the beach

Too much good to write about, so I'll just say the elevator is small, thats the only possible negative - it wasnt for us.

Great location / friendly atmosphere

2 minor issues. 1. Couldn't get the remote to ceiling fan and light to work. 2. Could use some new pillows. Those were too flat.

Room with a view

This location was even better than I expected. My wife and I were blown away with the proximity to the beach. Great room at a great value. Host responded quickly when we asked a question. Great host and location.

The Best of both Beaches!

We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area about a half a mile away by vehicle. Super fun! We felt we had two beach experiences during one trip. Definitely plan coming back with our grandchild next time. The owner was very responsive.

It was a cute little place and the beach was just right outside. It was nice to be able to open a window in the morning and listen to the ocean.

Confusing on check in. Bathroom was separate from the room not sure if we shared it.

Bed was very small and not knowing if the bathroom was private or shared and unsure what floor we were staying on

Tiny but nice.

Overall very good. Pros: Very clean, nice bathroom, efficient little place. Cons: No heat/cooling control in suite. This was managed by the host so if it needed adjusting you had to reach out to the host for it. Bed was too hard for our taste but if you like a hard bed it would be for you.

Our Pensacola getaway

Room was cute and clean. Safe place to stay with beach front access. Nice to have a refrigerator and a sink available. We had a nice stay.

great value

Super close to the beach, with a view out the window of the gulf and the price is right. Bed is comfortable and the host is great. Everything is excellent and the only thing I would say is a drawback is that there is no access to an outside sitting space, which won't be an issue most of the time because it's so close to the beach. But if the weather is bad you're stuck inside. Again that won't be an issue most of the time, but we got unlucky and got a lot of rain when we were there. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

Cozy suite with bay and ocean views

This was our second stay at this cozy rental in two months. Clean, with everything we needed, and just 3 minute walk to the ocean waves. The host is amazing and lives on site. Plenty of great food in walking distance. Beach is way less crowded than near the large hotels at pier area. Has small fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave. Sleeps 3 with a double and a twin trundle type bed for child or teen. We love the location and the suite, and will definitely stay here again.

Beach house getaway

The owner Kim was nice and met us there by chance. It was very clean and cute beach decor. The elevator was handy for 4th floor room. The views of the beach and bay from different sides of the room were beautiful. The kitchen had a fridge / freezer, sink, coffee maker. The bathroom had handy clothes line for wet swimsuits over tub. The trundle twin was comfy per my 6 ft teen daughter. The room was cool and comfy after a day on the hot beach, which is a 3 min walk to the shoreline. We would definitely stay here again.
