This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high-speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 4 people. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and in the living area is a queen sleeper pull out sofa with memory foam topper added for extra comfort. There is a full bath /shower in the master bedroom and a half bath in the hallway for easy guest access. The open concept floor plan has a modern updated kitchen with beautiful upgraded granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises from your balcony over the Gulf of Mexico or your evening cocktail while watching the sun set on another day in Paradise!

Incredible beaches.

A wonderful location, beautiful views, can’t beat the beaches or water. Enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. The hot tub was excellent after long strolls on the beach. We saw dolphins, sandpipers, eagles, osprey, and thousands of shells. The white sand squeaked when you walked on it. Don’t forget to visit Ft Pickens.

Worth it

This was a very clean and great place. The view is breathtaking! The owners were very responsive to messages as the weather was not great upon arrival. Definitely recommend!

Nice place for a getaway

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I came to stay for NYE. While the weather wasn’t in our favor, it was so nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Rental was exactly as described. Very lowkey vacation for us compared to summer months stay. There was some construction above us, maybe a hammer drill, but thankfully it didn’t last all day. My only recommendation would be to add some throw blankets.

Great property

OK, location was ideal and the property was clean and exceeded our expectations. The amenities inside the condo were above grade and the beach was absolutely perfect as described -white powder sand and turquoise waters. We would stay again and recommend.

Our home away from home

Beautiful location at the condo overlooking the beach and ocean. We love this area and condo within walking distance to restaurants and steps away from the beach. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach . Wonderful sunrises and sunsets on the beach each day! We try to stay here every October!

Pensacola getaway

We’ve migrated to Pensacola for years as our family’s last vacation together before school starts. Usually we stay in one of the beachfront hotels or resorts however, this year we wanted a break from the crowds and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities that a private condo allowed. We had dinners on the balcony, family time around the dining room table, and beachfront access anytime we wanted it. Any issues or questions we had were quickly taken care of by the owners… We had a lovely time.

Great Place To Stay

My wife and I celebrated are 35th wedding anniversary ,We had the best time here. Great location, Hanning out on the balcony and just watching the water. Best sea food on the island right across the street.The beach umbrella and chairs that come with this place was a bonus! all you have to do is go down and claim your spot, we put our towels on the chairs, somebody will come by and just give them your room #, Highly recommend this place!!

Very cute condo in great location! Only slight negative is that it wasn’t very clean….. dirty floor and moldy looking black spots on shower curtain. All is was great! : )

Great Getaway

As soon as we walked in the view blew us away! Everything was just as described (except the pedestrian gate code). Clean…well stocked kitchen…comfortable seating inside and out. Chair and umbrella reservations were easy and a real bonus.

Pensacola Beach Getaway

The property was as described and as in the photos. Everything worked out great. Check in was a breeze. Gated compound is excellent. The condo is at the end of the peninsula, right across the street from Peg Leg Petes. Its located on the 4th floor and had a little balcony to sit at facing the beach. Beach chairs and unbrella were avaliable free to rent. Was awesome. Pool was clean and private for the condo. You can go back and forth from beach to condo in a minute. So cold drinks were always nearby. The condo itself had all the kitchen appliances, and cooking stuff as needed. There is zero in fridge and only salt and pepper. So bring according. Also no ziplock or saran if you wanted that stuff. Bring a collapsible cooler in your suitcase., no coolers here either for beach. Bring beach mugs too if you like those. There is a local store across the road for a few things if needed. King bed was super comfy. Air cond worked great. We would definitely stay here again or recommend.

Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft. Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Walking/Shopping Streets by Travel Mag).
