WATERFRONT CABIN PRIVATE BEACH HOT TUB FIRE RING FISH HIKE KAYAK
We are offering two waterfront cabins (on separate listings) as vacations rentals. They are nestled on the bank of licking creek, a Potomac River tributary. They are located in south eastern Fulton county PA only about twelve minutes from interstate 70. The cabins boarder fifty-six hundred acres of public land with the Tuscarora Trail running along the top of the mountain.
Both cabins have fully functioning modern kitchens, hvac systems, high speed internet, smart TVs, washers and dryers, fireplaces, porches overlooking licking creek, private white sand beach area, four grills, a fire ring with seating, a hot tub, wildlife, and walking trails.
This cabin was built to comply with ADA requirements. This includes ramps, special parking, handicap bathroom, ADA approved appliances, and eating/work areas that accommodate a wheel chair. This cabin offers two bedrooms with a full size bed in each. The family room has a pull out sofa and fireplace for extra sleeping space. There is a dining area which offers a table and bar top dining areas. There is an open floor plan from the kitchen through dining and family room.
When you stay with us you will have access to relax on beach, hike, fish, bike, kayak, and nature watch on site. You will also be close to restaurants in Hancock Maryland, skiing at whitetail resort, biking on rails to trails and toe path, and boating on Potomac River. We are also located about twenty minutes from historic downtown Berkley Springs West Virginia. The other cabin's listing number is 2920944.

Family approved! Very impressed with all the little details. The home has everything for inside and outside enjoyment. Games, puzzles, books and all accessories to work the outside char coal grill. My 4 year old loved the beach, woods, creek, painted rocks and fire pit. My husband and I enjoyed the R&R the home offered. You can’t not enjoy the calmness and beauty of the home and the area for which it sits. Many memories made.

Perfect location to get away for several days! You can hear the creek from the front porch and see lightning bugs from the firepit. When not enjoying the outdoors, the cabin is very homey and comfy but we were outside by the creek, on the beach, by the firepit and enjoying the hot tub most of the stay. Likely the most well-appointed kitchen I have had at a rental, had every utensil, bakeware or pot/pan we needed and more! While we didn't require an accessible cabin, I can say it would have been relatively easy for someone with mobility issues to enjoy the property - from the entry ramp at the parking spot to a shower with no lip to enter with bench and hand-held shower head.Hosts were quick to respond and left nice touches for guests - coffee in the kitchen, toothbrushes with travel toothpaste in the bathroom. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

This was a cozy cabin pretty secluded in the woods with a nice hot tub and fun little beach area. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a calming stay.

Everything was fine , except for the jacuzzi, the water level kept dropping below the jets even when no one was in it. Your maintenance man filled it once and the next morning was low on water again without any one using it.

Retreat
The cabin was beautiful. The lake and woods and all the deer were exactly what we were looking for. It was so peaceful! I would highly recommend this beautiful getaway!

The cabin was so comfy it felt like coming home at the end of the day! Absolutely loved having the chairs on the covered porch facing the water! So relaxing and calming. We enjoyed using the kitchen and making a delicious meal and sitting outside listening to the creek run. The hot tub was very clean and not over treated (didn’t smell strong for chemicals). The only time I messaged the host while we were there she responded right away even though it was late at night! Thanks Liv! Note: this is a get away spot. The service was terrible and we had trouble with the WiFi (which I told them about after the stay because we didn’t really need it.)

Great getaway week
The cabin, the river, the fire pit the host were all parts of a wonderful experience. I would love to come back!

Me and my husband had a wonderful quite time. Love the wildlife that was a around. There was deer in the yard in the morning and evening and a small army of squirrels and chipmunks. There was also a different verities of birds. Great place to stay and relax.

Amazing Peaceful Getaway
My husband is in a wheelchair and the cabin was very spacious and clean. I couldn’t ask for a better vacation.

Gram, Daughter and Granddaughter getaway
This was our second time to this property and it still exceeded our expectations. The ADA capabilities is so helpful with my grandmother, she's already looking forward to spending her 91st there next year! The property has everything you could ask for and then some.

Woodland cabin on babbling river
Beautifully and thoughtfully designed cabin with added amenities. (hot tub, kayaks, canoe, laundry, open-space living with stone, gas-powered fireplace) Lovely countryside stay; clean and well- maintained. A great place to relax.

Anniversary
Very relaxing place, cabin was clean and modern. The only suggestion I would give the owner is to invest in better mattresses, both beds were uncomfortable I thought by the looks of all the other furnishings there would have been higher quality mattresses.

Tranquility
The owners of this property took such care in thinking of everything you could need from necessities and many bonuses. The cabin is clean, property is well maintained and they have great information on the nature around you available. My friend and I needed a long overdue relaxing getaway and this was PERFECT! Hot tub was a perfect end to our days of hiking. We will be back!
