Lack of Care for Guests
This is a beautiful property that looked pretty much as rhe pictures. However, there seemed to be a lack of care from property owner and that could be due the fact that the house is actively listed and they just don't care. Upon arriving at the property, the trash bin was in the side yard, along with all kinds of trash. We cleaned it up and reached out to let the property owner know. Then on day 2, we went to leave in the morning and the lid was off the trash bin and our trash bag was ripped open with trash all over, obvious that an animal was in. Again, i reached out to let them know and I was asked to provide pictures. Another issue was that one of the bathrooms upstairs wouldn't drain and sat with 3" of water our entire stay without any care from the owner. That party had to utilize another guests shower during the remainder of stay....not convenient or comfortable at all. Light bulbs were burnt out in master closet and the master toilet room needed rock music to accompany the strobe light action that the last "working" light bulb was providing us. Last issue was the pool. We paid for the pool to be heated, but it was never turned on and I was told i would recieve a phone call about this, but that never happened. With all the issues addressed and tickets entered, the only one we heard back about was the racoonn issue they were aware of but didn't care to notify guests of. All this lack of care for their guests could explain the for sale sign in the front yard.
