We have a sofa, love seat and recliner in the living area that will easily sleep an adult and a small child. The 'Beach Bum' or north bedroom has a private balcony which overlooks the city and the bay. It is a spectacular 'city night life view'!

Relax to a stunning sunset from your balcony or relax by the pool and order lunch or a refreshing tropical drink from the outdoor poolside Bar and Grill. The menu offers fresh local seafood, sandwiches and appetizers.

For your convenience and comfort we include private covered designated parking There is a charge of $45.00 per car per reservation charged by the Association. Before your reservation you will be able to register your car and when you arrive a camera will read your license plate and you will drive right in and park. No more parking passes. I have two designated spaces on the third floor. My parking spaces are on the third floor of the Parkhouse closest to the air conditioned walkover Bridge leading to the building elevators. You never have to cross the street! You will keep your car out of the bright strong Florida sun and be safe and secure.
