Large condo in a desirable part of Ocean City in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and more importantly, just steps to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean! Relax on the expansive balcony which you can enter from the living room. Enjoy the ocean sounds and peacefulness of this north Ocean City location. This condo got a facelift in 2024 including all new paint, kitchen applicances including a waffle iron, new bathroom vanities and new patio furniture. Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building. You'll enjoy free parking for 2 cars and high speed internet wifi/internet is included. Washer/Dryer in condo. The main oceanfront bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. *Please note the the balcony door from the main bedroom cannot be used at this time to access the balcony. However, you can access the same balcony from the large living room doors.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $135. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
