Welcome to 112B Newport Bay Dr., your bayside getaway with space for the whole family. This three-bedroom, two-bath townhome combines the calm of waterfront living with the convenience of being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
Start your morning on the balcony with coffee in hand as you look out over the bay. When you’re ready for the sand, head just 5–10 minutes (0.3 miles) down to the Carousel beach access — where you can grab food or a drink at the tiki bar without ever leaving the beach. After a swim in the community pool, come back and stretch out in your bright, open living area, perfect for catching up, playing games, or simply relaxing together.
Inside, you’ll have a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Gather around the dining table for meals or enjoy quick bites at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, plus you’ll have both a Keurig pod-style and a standard drip coffee maker — so bring your favorite pods or grounds and make your coffee just the way you like it.
From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away.
All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
