Unwind at our cottage, we like to call “Our Pearl of Tranquility". Although shops and restaurants are only a four-minute drive away from old town and 1.2 miles from beach/boat launch, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Enjoy our 2-bedroom 1-bath home that sleeps 8, with outside sitting area; especially if you love to bird and butterfly watch. Pets are welcome with a small deposit; a doggie boutique only .7 miles away. The home has stocked kitchen, large barbeque pit, Wi-Fi, cable, and the comforts of home. The home is conveniently located to all the Bay St. Louis and Waveland have to offer, such as two casinos, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, fishing, golf and more.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect, and we made so many great memories here. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We loved the outdoor patio with seating, fire pit, and a bbq grill. We had easy access to the beach and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

A small water leak upon arrival fixed w/in 2 hours, very responsive. Older home, but very good for our needs, basically sleeping and showers. Family in area. Thanks for sharing your home

Quick getaway

We were in town for a golf tournament in Diamondhead so decided to stay closer to the beach to enjoy during our down time. Very comfortable and convenient, we enjoyed our stay.

Great cottage near the beach.

Loved the cottage, it was so relaxing. Owners had great suggestions for dining and things to do. It's so close to the beach, we took in multiple sunrises and sunsets. Highly recommend.

Great little getaway!

We loved that the house was about a mile from the beach…just drive straight down the street and there’s public beach parking right there! The house was cute and very clean upon our arrival.

2 night stay. Check in super easy. House was clean , but no rug at door so it was easy to track sand dirt in from outside. Unfortunately, you can hear the train, which woke me each night. Wasn't crazy about the neighborhood, but it was quiet.

All You Need!

The house was easy to find and enter--and was incredibly spacious for our needs. There are two bedrooms that sleep seven people. The location is also ideal--only about a mile from all of the fun beachfront restaurants. Would highly recommend this timeshare!

Family Fun

The name Pearl of Tranquility is very appropriate for this sweet little house. Situated on a very spacious lot it is sequestered from the hustle and bustle, but is still close enough to join in on the fun. We loved our time in Bay Saint Louis and look forward to staying at the Pearl again, enjoying the beach and eating at the Ugly Pirate!

beach get away

This property is lovely - well maintained, easy to get to/find, with gracious hosts. In a perfect world, I would have liked a little fenced in area so I could throw the ball for the dog. Overall, very happy!

Great, quiet and close to everything

We decided to take a Mommas Weekend Away without the littles and we couldn't have chosen a better location. Far enough from all the action but close enough to Uber for cheap. The house was super clean and cute. We will definitely be back. :)

Sweet little cottage

This rental was perfect for my family of four to get away for a few weeks until we found our permanent home. My kids and dog loved the yard and patio. It has tons of flowers and butterflies :) Internet was strong enough for my husband to work full time and connect all of our devices. Location is easy access to everything yet far enough away from the crowds near Main Street. Beach parking at the end of the street!

I was born in Louisiana and my husband was born in Cuba, however, came to the states when he was 2 years old. We are both in our 50’s but like to think we are still in our 30’s “Wishful Thinking”. We both still work full time; we can’t wait to retire and live the dream of traveling the world.
We like to think of ourselves as fun and easy going and we really love meeting new people on our adventures. I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s/Vrbo’s all over the world and have met some great people, with wonderful experiences.
My favorite things in the world are family, animals, and sports. I especially love traveling. Oh, and I love coffee and wine!
My husband is fluent in Spanish and is available to help when needed if preferred language is Spanish.
