One of the best hosts I have had. It is the little things that count, so arriving and having access to basic items for use made our very short stay much easier.

This was a fantastic property for our family vacation. Very clean and so close to the beach. We had a little issue with the entry, but they were very prompt to resolve the issue.

Great LDW With The Fam!

5 Star Stays Vacations really stays true to their name and the quality of vacation stay that they offer. Our family had a great experience this past LDW staying at Tiki Time. I have young kiddos and it was so convenient to be able to walk 5 min to the beach and run back to the house for naps or lunch, etc. Having the pool there was also a real game changer! The rooms are spacious and the full bathrooms provided a lot of privacy and comfort for the guests. It's near a bunch of nice restaurants and things to do. The private beach access directly down the street from the house is ideal too. Highly recommend!

We love this house! This is our second year here, and it's such a comfortable house. It's very close to the beach, and well stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. The kitchen is also well stocked with appliances, pots & pans so cooking for everyone is a breeze. Everything is well maintained and clean. We really like the new dining table & chairs, very comfortable and big enough for the family to gather and play games. New couch is a nice upgrade, too!

I’m glad the house still feels comfortable, close to the beach, and well stocked for both beach days and cooking for everyone. Hearing that the new dining table and chairs are a hit, and that the new couch is a nice upgrade too, really made my day. Our favorite stay!

Another amazing stay at Tiki Time! This is truly our family’s happy place. This house is the best we have ever stayed at on any trip and we will never stay anywhere else. Already looking into scheduling our next trip!

Great Spring Break

We really enjoyed this property. Our first time in Surfside, we were so pleased with the laid back feel of the area. The walk to the beach was so easy, and having the golf cart was super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Vacation with friends

This house was perfect for a group vacation. It had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the pool and using the golf cart to go to the beach. Would highly recommend staying at this rental.

Family Vacation 2023

Wonderful vacation in this beautiful home, very clean, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, lots of space. We loved the pool and pool area, golf cart was very handy. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Quick trip

Great location with easy short walk to beach access. Clean amd ready when we arrived. The pool was amazkng for the younger kids. Would highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay - Parents, Grandparents and kids 4-11 years old. House was very clean and decorated nicely. Lots of pool and beach toys. Golf cart worked great.
