Beautifully renovated 3br/1bath home on a quiet street in an established neighborhood. 4 minute drive to downtown Pensacola’s restaurants, bars and shopping. 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. Traveling nurses, this home is a 1-2 minute walk from Baptist & a 10 minute drive to Sacred Heart. Bring your well-trained pups and let them run in the large, fully fenced backyard! BR 1 & 2 are equipped with queen size beds & BR 3 with two twin size beds that can easily be pushed together to make a king.

Beach Getaway

Property was centrally located to the beach and all other tourist attractions. Was pet friendly but super clean! Enjoyed our stay!

Clean Comfortable and very Convenient

House is exactly as you see from pictures. Beautiful, comfortable and owner is super nice and responsive. Location is close to anything and everything in Pensacola.

Beautiful & Quaint

This place is perfect, especially with a fur baby. Lauren was such a wonderful host with nice tidbits of recommendations for your stay. They home is comfortable & decorated lovely. Would definitely stay again.

A Relaxing Thanksgiving

Upon arrival, check in was an easy task. The house was clean and well furnished. It was a nice cozy house and I didn't want to leave. The area was a quiet neighborhood and I appreciated that the location. I hope if the opportunity arises to be able to stay here again when I'm in town visiting family and want a spot to recharge. The beach wasn't too far of a drive which was awesome. The host was friendly and maintained good communication in answering the few questions we had. I do recommend staying here.

Retirement Getaway!

We just recently retired and spent two weeks in Pensacola. This house was perfect for us and our little dog! The location was convenient to shopping, beaches and great restaurants. The house had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful and Lauren was a great host with easy communication. We would highly recommend this rental and we hope to go back again.

Wonderful Place To Stay

This home was so cozy for my 84 year old mother and I. Lots of nice amenities with regards to the items in the kitchen for use, the washer and dryer, the nice little outside seating area. We parked in the alleyway which was more convenient for us. Non-smoking space was a big plus for my Mom too. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to visit the area, and will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This property offered a peaceful environment with exciting fun close by. The house was clean and inviting with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, not to mention the extras for the pup. A short drive to the beach and downtown allowed us to enjoy great food, the farmers market, and the dog beach. Our host gave us wonderful information about places nearby and was easy to communicate with. I can't say enough great things, we will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Nice place

My daugter and I stayed the weekend at the place to spend couple of days at the beach. Nice, neat place, comfortable beds, full kitchen. Overall perfect place for a family to stay for a few days. Even though there are 3 bedrooms, there is only 1 bathroom. It worked for us, but it might get tight with the shower schedule...

Cute, comfortable, very clean

The house was very cute and comfortable. Convenient location in Pensacola. Well equipped kitchen. Generously stocked with coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner etc. We didn’t have any pets but the house is dog friendly (and still very clean!)

Absolutely amazing! Very quiet little neighborhood. I really thought it was gonna be to far of a distance to go to the beach with a little one. Its only took about 10 minutes. The house is very nice. And communication was perfect. Will definitely book again.

So cozy

I rented this property for my elderly parents as a place to stay while attending my wedding. My dad and stepmom were overjoyed. The neighborhood was nice, the price was appropriate. They had so much fun being in that home for the weekend that they almost didn't want to leave. I'm glad I was able to give them a beautiful place to enjoy Pensacola from and feel at home. Thank you so much!!

Overall was good. Couldn't find kitchen garage can bags, had one in my car thank goodness. No bag for bathroom garbage can either. Other than garbage bags, the house was fine.

Vacation 2023

It was truly a home away from home. Upon arrival check in was easy. The home was cozy and welcoming. The small hanging plants was a nice touch. The swing on the front porch was awaiting your relaxation. Was a very pet friendly home there was doggy bowls sit out also a doggy bed for you pups use. Also in the living room in a tote was doggy blankets to cover the comfy couch where your fur baby could cuddle with you while you watch the large tv. The kitchen had everything to prepare your meals even though we ate out. Coffee pot and cups was ready for your morning coffee I enjoyed the herbal tea that was provided. The home has room six easy the couch was big enough to serve as a bed as well. My German shepherd and I took our afternoon nap on it. Each room had fans for your extra comfort. The beds was also comfortable. Every detail had been covered for your comfort and convenience. The bathroom was small but efficient. The backyard was fenced in. Had plenty of room for our fur baby to play a good game of fetch. The only thing I could suggest is a hand rail at the back door The owner also gave us suggestions to doggy beaches, restaurants and entertainment.

Vacation

Visited Pensacola for the first time with my wife and kids. And this was our first VRBO property to rent. I highly recommend this property not only was it cozy and clean, but there was prompt, quick communication back-and-forth, which made it very comforting. Location was perfect for kids away from all the crazy beach party stuff but just close enough to drive anywhere we wanted to go.

Little cottage home away from home

We gave it 4 stars because of back alley or front roadside parking, and a very tiny bathroom. Otherwise is was comfortable, the area for us to share down time with our dog was so great, the backyard was fenced so we could play ball with our pup without worry. We came and went a zillion times from the rental to the beach, used way too many towels lol, and enjoyed the central location of the rental. It was FANTASTIC to know our pup was a welcomed guest! There was a little floor pillow for him, and a water and food bowl. Plus lots of info from the owner for dog beach parks, and dog beaches. There is a floor fan in wvery room, which is great because we are FAN people! I'd definitely rent it again.

Cozy Stay

Lauren’s home was a great choice for my first stay in Pensacola. It was close enough to both downtown and the beach, but far enough to have peace and quiet. The house was very dog friendly and the accommodations were cozy. Lauren had amazing communication through our entire stay and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time.
