The house was very family friendly. It was really close to Pensacola beach, and downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Very close to everything and the Navy Base! Host was super nice and gave us recommendations for nearby. Very easy to communicate with!

This is my second stay at this property. Great deal for an entire house rental. Super close to everything in Pensacola and short drive to the beach. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The place was clean and spacious. I like that it was close to downtown and only about 18min away from Pensacola Beach. The neighborhood is quiet. I like that every room has a TV , so everyone had their own space to relax.There are a some little things that can be improved in the house which I already communicated to o the host but nothing major. The host was nice and responsive. I do recommend this property.

Thank you for coming . Do come again . And thank you for alerting me to the slow drain in the tub. The cleaner took care of it . We’ve had a lot of guests since March and I can’t always get in there between guests when it’s busy . But the cleaner does . Thanks again for coming .

You get an entire house at a reasonable price. I stayed for five nights for a solo fishing trip. I’ve already rebooked for a longer vacation and I am bringing the family next time.

Cozy stay

Host was very nice and quick to answer any questions. Neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant. Quick access to shopping, food and town. Very cozy home. Perfect for small families. I love the bright vibrant color scheme of the house.

Budget Friendly Boho

Needed a getaway from the 9-5 and an opportunity for friends to pop the question. This stay was wonderful thanks to the hospitality and excellent recommendations from our host. Fit two adult couples comfortably with room to spare in the groovy ‘bunk-room’ as we called it. Great food and entertainment nearby.

Eclectic home away from home

Perfect, multi-bedroom house close to everything! The host was helpful with recommendations, answering questions, and accommodating in every way. The decor was tasteful, fans to keep everything cool, and the grill was perfect to enjoy time outdoors after a long day. Safe for children of all ages. Definitely will book next trip to the area.

Family vaca

Communication with Randy was great, very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Very quiet neighborhood. Very cute little house, isn't much air flow in bathroom, we just used a fan to dry it after showers. Had some issues with the air flow in the front bedroom, it was handled quickly. Inside of house was just as described in description/pictures. We would definitely stay again.

The furniture in living room were very uncomfortable. Every time you turn the TV on , I had to disconnect it and reconnect it. It smelled musty. The dishwasher had standing water in it giving off a terrible odor. The dishwasher started leaking all over the floor. There were big palmetto bugs some dead others crawling. The sink in the bathroom dribbled . The water in the shower took a long time to drain. Mattress on bunk bed on the floor. The toilet in laundry area rocked it wasn't ground to the floor. One of the beds was very low and hard, the other bed was soft and lumpy. There is a backyard but no back door. I left a day early. The floor was dirty if you had no shoes on your feet would be black. No doors on cabinets. The host was very available he answered questions quickly. Centrally located.

We have NEVER received these complaints before and the guest mentioned none of these things during her stay except the dishwasher. The new dishwasher had a drain line installed incorrectly and we fixed it while she was there . We have an exterminator who sprays regularly so any bugs were let in through doors being left open . But the fact they were dying means the treatment is working , if true . The custom bunk bed has a platform the mattress sits on. The cleaners did not take it out and sit it in the floor . This is false . Also the whole place is mopped between all guests and the floors are never dirty . The cleaners state they mopped barefooted before this guest and there is no way there was dirt on the floors. I’ve had them for years . This review is bogus. Please see all others . The beds are new and the couches make futons and we’ve had no complaints as to comfort .

Family trip

Cute and quirky home conveniently located to everything. Quiet street for the most part (trash pickup and street sweeper). Nice to have three bedrooms to get away from each other when needed. The Wi-Fi was great which was a big deal since my daughter was working remotely. Lots of nice big bath towels to wrap up in after a quick shower. Water pressure was great. The bathroom doesn’t have much airflow so we used a fan to dry it after showers. The air flow was also an issue in the front bedroom. I contacted Randy and he called the air repair service. It was a Friday and they don’t work on the weekends. Randy came over himself to repair the air duct section that was dislodged. Air service came and looked at the issue. All in all it was a very convenient location and suited our needs. Thank you for a very nice family gathering.

We love Pensacola and this was our first time in this little bungalow. So cute, cozy, and the owner was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. Fantastic location, as well! We definitely hope to be back next year!
