Oceanfront Single Family Home South Mission Beach
Graces Beach House was owned by Grace Withey and managed by Pat and Mike Withey. In december 2012 Grace passed away at 90 years old.James Patrick [Pat] and Mike Withey inherited Graces and are still managing it. In 2009 Grace decided to remodel her home which included gutting it down to the studs and completly remodeling the home with new everything then turned it into a vacation rental.
The home is in South Mission Beach and is a single family home. It is one of only a few Ocean Front single family homes left most are condos and consist of 2 or 3 units which means at Graces there are[ No Shared Spaces]. South Mission is much quieter and low key compared to north mission and I believe is much nicer and better suited to families and retired vacationers. Boardwalk is right in front of the property then a huge white sand beach then the Pacific Ocean. This is a beautiful location and a awesome place to live or visit.

We had a great time at South Mission beach. The house is in a great location. Our favorite part was the patio where we could watch volleyball games and enjoy absolutely gorgeous sunsets over the ocean.

This beach house was awesome! Very clean and right on the boardwalk. Pat was super helpful with any questions or anything we needed. They had bikes for us to use as well as boogie boards and a clean grill! Our family had an amazing time and will definitely be visiting again!

What a gem! Perfect Mission Beach location away from the busy-ness of Belmont, but close enough to visit. House was cozy and had everything we needed.

The house was great! It had everything we needed and was a perfect location. It was just a short walk to coffee shops, Belmont Park and restaurants. It was nice having beach toys and chairs. The house was very clean and nicely updated.

Great place right on the boardwalk. Tons of volleyball courts in front which provided for lots of entertainment, even though we knew nothing about volleyball. It’s at the very south end of the boardwalk, which also made it a little bit quieter than farther up with all the shops and restaurants.Good spaces for lounging, cooking, and bedrooms raw great sizes as well.Great place!

Best possible location. Very well equipped and convenient. We appreciated the three bicycles and beach toys, and they’re very well equipped in stock kitchen. Huge outdoor patio with two tables and umbrellas right on the promenade.

This home was perfect! I love that we get a parking spot, lots of beach front property’s don’t have spots, so that was huge! Large home with a large patio and sunroom. Full kitchen! Just a short walk to the water. You can drink your coffee on the patio and people watch on the beach, and easily go snag a volleyball court. You are within walking distance to stores, bars, and Belmont Park. I would 100% book this home again.

Great location, well stocked house and comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated the supplies for the beach - towels, chairs, toys, boogie boards. It’s a basic house for a small group.

We were more than happy with everything about our stay at Mission Beach. Our host actually stopped by to take care of some TV issues, but we didn't come to Mission Beach to watch TV :) . The location was excellent and we used the cruiser bikes several times. All appliances worked great and we will stay here again if our plans allow.

My name is Mike Withey I manage Graces Beach House with the help of my brother James Patrick [Pat] Withey. Our mother Grace Withey was the owner but passed away in December 2012 at 90 years old and Pat and I inherited Graces. My wife and I live in Memphis TN. and Ramona CA. My brother Pat who lives 2 miles away does all maintenance and checks in and out vacationers and I do inquiries and bookings. We hope you choose Graces Beach House for your next vacation. Ocean breezes. sunsets, bike riding on the boardwalk and around the bay, [we have 4 beach bikes for you to use] swimming in the ocean or bay, surfing or boogie boarding, [we have 4 or 5 boogie board you can use] walking along the ocean or bayside, sun tanning, watching people walk by in your front yard or watching the volleyball players play volleyball or you can play yourself, barbeque or just kick back and relax.
