The house was as described.Location was wonderful.Chad was very quick responding back.We loved having the 2 different patio areas. Wonderful being able to hear the ocean.Close to so many places to grab coffee in the morning and different restaurants to enjoy dinner.Belmont was so close and a fun kid friendly area.

Property is very nice & clean…close to the Beach…the chairs & towels for beach provided which was so nice…we are from AZ so wished for more AC but that’s just us…they have units but can only use sparingly…it was a great place!

We will definitely rebook for next year! The location is perfect. The house was roomy and comfortable. Having a large garage was a plus. Chad was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze.

Loved the property, it was perfect with 3 kids. The boardwalk and beach are a few steps away. We were very grateful for the beach umbrella and chairs in the garage. Perfect location and beautiful house.

Location, location, location! Perfect getaway for us to come in and meet some family. House was clean and had necessary essentials. Would love to stay here again host was great and communicative.

Everything is updated and nicely kept. Very close to the sand and boardwalk. Perfect house for a small family. Only complaint is the airplane noise when sitting on the patio.Ideal location and sweet little house.Would return again.

3rd time staying at this house and it never disappoints. The house is roomy, clean and within walking distance to so much...the beach, Belmont Park, Lazy Eye Coffee and the Mission Market just to name a few. Garage parking and on-site laundry is a plus! The Host, Chad, is easy to communicate with and provides information about everything you need to know. Price is great for being so close to the beach.We will definitely be back for a 4th time!

This is the perfect beach house. So close to the beach, beautiful home, with PARKING!! I would 11 out of 10 stay here again. The hosts were so kind and communicative. Perfect weekend bc of this home!

Location, Location, Location! We loved being close to everything…the beach, places to eat, bars, and even a little market were all within a short walking distance! Host was easy to work with and very helpful!

We would stay there again and the access to Mission Beach for walks and lounging was perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful. A couple of very small suggestions, another potholder in the kitchen and stoppers for the tubs in the bathrooms to allow for baths for small children.

Chad was very helpful when we called him and he checked back to make sure everything was okay. We enjoyed our stay at the Anchor House. It was minutes from the beach and close to many attractions. We'd stay here again if we're in the area. San Diego was a great change of energy for us,
