Two floors of living space with 1224 square feet, it has two bedrooms and one and a half baths featuring an open floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout and contemporary finishes. Located steps from 12th Ave S and walking distance to all shops, restaurants, cafes and Sevier Park, it is private and peaceful with a fenced in backyard, a quiet oasis. One of the best neighborhoods in Nashville, this location can't be beat!

We are originally from Boston, MA and moved to Nashville in 2020 for a change of pace and some Southern Hospitality. Cindy's career background is in real estate portfolio management and Mikey's is in construction design and development. We are experienced property owners, landlords and take pride in being incredibly responsive and being able to fix and build anything! We are within minutes drive to The Parthanon, Music City Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Area, downtown Nashville -- Broadway, Honky Tonks. Our property is walking distance to all restaurants, cafes and shops in 12 South including:
