Summary:

The Hillwood Lavish is a stylish townhome, located 15 minutes from everything Nashville has to offer.



The Space:

Take a short Uber ride to Downtown Nashville or Music Row and explore the art and history of this gorgeous city! Check out the Country Music Hall of fame, indulge in delicious foods like the Nashville hot chicken or BBQ, or check out the numerous local breweries.

The colorful and chic living room greets you with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, etc. capable - subscriptions not included). The retro kitchen offers a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric stovetop, and more to make you feel right at home. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the comfort of your own home before hitting the town.



Both bedrooms are on the 1st floor and share a Jack n Jill style bathroom. Each bedroom features colorful blue walls and stylish gold tones. The main bedroom holds a King bed and Smart TV and the 2nd bedroom has a King bed. Both bedrooms have their own balcony.



There are 2 parking spots provided.



Unfortunately, the fireplace does not function.



This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.



Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

Everything was great, I had one issue with where to park, I texted the number and they responded right back and issue was resolved!! Also, it was pet friendly and I must say you could not tell that it was pet friendly! Very clean!!

We had a fantastic stay here! It was a quick 2 night stay, but the place was perfect. Easy to access, very clean, super comfortable beds - overall a great stay. The location made it easy for us to get to and from Bridgestone Arena in about 15 min as well. Very happy with our stay, and if we were to return, we would consider staying here again.

We had a fantastic experience. It was safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The space was neat and well-maintained, and comfortably spacious for three people—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend for small groups or families looking for a hassle-free stay

Difficult to find, it's behind a pet hospital, liquor store and adult store. Its pet friendly so I am not sure if the people before us had a dog, but one of the bed was full of hair we had to pull the sheets off and wash them. Other than that the place was nice. They do need to fix the parking area the car port for D was severely damaged, I wouldnt dare park under it. So you cant park in the D spots and theres only 1 spot for C.

Good quiet location

Nice option for my husband, young adult daughter and me for a holiday visit to see family. It was a little tricky to find initially, but it was quiet and very convenient.

Cool little place! Bedrooms were nice and big and the beds were super comfy! Not too far from downtown so we got the chance to experience as much as we wanted.

Fun weekend in Nashville!

Clean property. Very roomy and not in a bad location at all. Uber got us quickly downtown to broadway. Check-in was super easy as well. Would stay again!

The property was very old. There was a very foul smell in the house seems like mouse issues. The balcony was terrible, there was a sign saying do not go out in the balcony (patio) which wasn’t listed in the listing. Good thing is the property manager was very responsive and there were most of important amenities. We complained about the foul smell and they send a team to spray, but still the smell was persistent especially in the kitchen area. The other neighbors were quite noisy and you could hear them talking and shouting. Overall the property was very old, gloomy, and unhygienic.

Great place

This was a great place for a weekend visit to Nashville. The location was very convenient to Broadway, only a 20 minute Uber ride. We will surely stay here again in the future.
